The Girl in the Corner [Todoroki x Reader]

||What Others See||

3rd PoV

Y/n was in her bed. It was 4 in the afternoon, but she still hasn't woke up. She went to bed quite early the night before. She was supposed to be at work. "Where is she? Y/n is normally here early, now she doesn't even show up for lunch rush?" Mei said worriedly. Alacan nodded. A certain raven haired man happened to hear this when drinking his coffee. He quickly got up, left a tip, and headed out the door. "Well somebody's in a rush." Mei remarked filling a coffee cup. The man began to sprint down the streets, searching for the street name. When he saw it, he ran even faster, looking at all the addresses looking for a certain one. 

He spotted the number, 125 Birch Berry Road. He ran up to the door and banged on it. No answer. He banged again, louder. Still no answer. He began to worry. He banged even harder, louder. He banged so hard, there was a dent in the door. There was still no answer. He couldn't just stand there. He kicked the door open, breaking the lock. He began to search the house, trying to find her. He looked in the kitchen, living room, bathroom, tea room, but he couldn't find her. He ran upstairs and straight to the only closed door. He opened  it to reveal a h/c girl, laying in her bed. Her breathes shallow, but there. He ran over to her, yelling her name, and shaking her. 

She never woke up. She didn't have the slightest reaction. He quickly picked her up bridal style and ran out the door. He used the long piece of fabric around his neck to swing himself into the air, swing from building to light posts, until he reached the hospital. 

"I need help. She won't wake up! She isn't responding either." he said quickly to the receptionist, she quickly called in doctors. They carried her into a room, and immediately began to make sure she was stabilized, and began to run tests to find the cause of her unconsciousness.

 Todoroki: You need to stop.

Me: Yeah, I know. The light is really annoying. Thanks for the advice, I will turn it off *proceeds to turn off room light*

Todoroki: You are cruel.

Me: Only to the people I care about.

"She's stable, but she's in a coma. We are waiting for the tests to come in to find the cause of it." the nurse said as she entered the room. The man stood from the chair beside her bed. "As soon as you know, can you tell me?" he asked worriedly. She brunette nodded and left the room. He sat back down. "They had better hurry, or we're going to have a problem." he said aloud to himself. A few seconds later, the door burst open. The raven haired man, immediately got into a fighting stance out of reflex, and surrounded his scarf around the person who had entered. It was Present Mic. 

Aizawa placed the blonde down as Midnight and Small Might walked in. "HEY! CHILL OUT DU-" the loud blonde was cut off by the grey cloth wrapping around his mouth. "Do you want to know or not?" the blonde nodded, along with the other two. "Y/n is in a coma. They still don't know the cause. When I found her, she wasn't responding at all, and she still isn't. If she doesn't wake up by Monday, I won't go to work. One of you will have to fill in for me." he said, looking back at the girl in the bed. 

"You really care about her. What makes her so special to you?" asked the man with messy hair.

"I met her when she was younger. She was about 10 at the time. I took my students to a gym to train, and she was there. Well, two of my students approached her. They were the two best in physical training, yet when they touched her. Her reflexes were so quick, she had them down in seconds." he said, never taking his eyes off her, " She had run into one of my other kids that morning. Her mother was at home, drunk on the couch. She was getting groceries for her. Just to be at the gym training alone. She never gave up. She cared for others. I saw her ask the kids if they were alright on the way out. It was as if she could sense if someone was hurt. One of my best students, I never expected anything. She walked up to him, and had an entire conversation with him. When he returned to training, he had tears streaks on his face. But he was smiling, and he showed passion. I guess she sensed he was feeling emotionally hurt. Later he told me he had been training there more. Hoping to get better, but really, he wanted to train with her. I saw how he used different techniques. She taught someone higher then her new techniques. I started to track her, find her records, her past, her habits. She is going through so much. I guess I just overall want her to feel accepted, she is really close to me, even if we don't talk much." (My fingers hurt T - T and so does mah heart T w T)

The other 3 were tearing up, "Awwww, Shouta has emotions!!!" cried Midnight. Which the raven responded with a death glare. 

On Monday

Y/n is still in a coma, she has been running on fluids, and has yet to respond. Aizawa hasn't left her side. He has had people bring him food. Its hard for him to sleep. He knows that is just gonna magically wake up. They still don't know what caused the coma. lets see a little into his dreams when he finally sleeps.

Aizawa's Dream

"Wake up!" I heard a voice. "C'mon! We need to get to class. We can't just stay home all day!" I opened my eyes to see Y/n. She was wearing her school uniform, an she had my outfit, folded neatly in her hands. She was smiling as she handed them to me," I'll be downstairs if you need me!" She walked out of my room, and went downstairs. I got up, and got dressed. I walked downstairs to see her waiting for me. "Are you ready?" I nodded. We walked to the school together, when we reached the gate, she hugged me. "I gonna go talk to my friends, I'll see you in class, okay?" i smiled and waved her off. She ran off, but I didn't see where. The scene faded as she ran. Into the classroom. 

I was in front, teaching a lesson, when I looked to the back. 

Y/n wasn't there....

Yay! I posted on Schedule.

Also. I am really sorry it is kinda late. I was writing it yesterday, but didn't get much done. I had to go to school, got stuck in a good book, eat dinner, bath, night routine, then got sucked into The Crimes of Grindelwald, then I wrote. 

I payed for my actions, my fingers hurt, and my heart hurts. I am gonna make the next chapter the rest of the dream, so you will get answers, and so. We have reached the end of this chapter!
