The next day, Todoroki slept in the waiting room, and Present Mic woke him up to visit Y/N

Shoto's PoV

We were walking down hall towards her room, and along the way, I could hear snuffles. AS we got closer to her room, they got louder. "Stay here for a second" I nodded. The blonde walked in the room, and I heard whispers. "Alright, come on in." I heard him say, and entered the room. I saw Mr. Aizawa standing near her bed. I bowed towards him, and he nodded. "You know her?" he asked. "Yes sir, she and I trained as children. I was unable to recognize her, as her appearance has changed." I replied.

I looked over at her, and saw her hair was sprawling all over her pillow, but kept out of her face. She was calm, undisturbed. All of the familiar features from when we were young, were so vivid. I could see the girl I once eagerly waited upon arrival. I was happy to see her again. "So you went and did it..." I whispered. "What?" the raven haired man said. I guess I am not as quiet as I anticipated. "It's nothing." I attempt to lie.

"No, I heard you. What do you mean?" he asked again, standing up. I decided to try to persuade him to not make me explain, "It's just something from child hood, only me and her would understand." I said. "Don't lie to me again." I sighed. "Her quirk. She has two. The one she manifested on her own, and her mother's. She never used her mother's quirk. She rarely even used her own. She told me, one day, she would try to use her mother's quirk. Her mother taught her about her quirk, the pros and cons. If your stamina isn't high enough, you would lose blood, and energy before you could gain it. This may lead to you falling into a coma until you have enough energy to pull out of it." I explained. I didn't really want to tell them. It was her personal business, and she chooses who she shares it with.

"That's why they couldn't find the source?" he asked. I nodded. He sat back down, his anger subsided once he looked back at her. "She doesn't deserve this. She should be playing out in the sun, climbing trees. Not stuck in a hospital because of a quirk." he said. The blonde comforted him. "We should leave Todoroki and L/N alone. " the blonde said to the tired male. He just nodded and stood. "We'll be in the cafeteria if you need us." the blonde said, as they past me.

3rd Pov

As the two males made their way out of the room, the dual haired boy stood there, thinking of what to do. He soon found himself sitting near her bedside, telling her about what he did after she moved away. How he never got a new training partner. How he didn't want to have one. How he missed her, and would dream of her coming back, free from the blind fold. Sparkling eye, her hair flying in the wind, as she had a free spirit, and was free from the grasp of reality, and could just be her wondrous self. He told her many stories, of many different times. It soon became late, and Todoroki found himself falling asleep, in the chair. Only to be awoken by the raven haired man.

"You should head home, I don't want to listen to your father complain." he said. The dual haired boy stood, and exited the room after saying his goodbyes, and thanks to his teachers. He went home, to an angry father. His father scolded him for not being home for 2 days. At least he hadn't missed any school. He went to his room, and changed out of his dirty, old clothing, which had been wearing since school on Friday. He put on a white R-shirt, and black jeans. He walked out of his room, and went to get some food. He ate a wheat bar, and went to bed. He slept, with the memories of Y/n in mind.
