"please, call me Jonathan."
I felt my heart swell, "Thank you Jonathan."

We leave at 11 PM
I put on a normal set of clothes, putting our mission clothes in a ridiculously oversized bag. As we walked into the car, I got into the back first. I used the backseat to change into my black "catsuit" for the mission.
"You okay back there?" He said snickering at my struggle.
I growled, "It always looks so easy in the movies." Soon I was ready and switched spots with him, waiting for him to get done.During the weight I pulled down the visor to wipe off access makeup from earlier so I could out on my mask. As I did I caught a glimpse of Delirious shirtless in the backseat. I couldn't stop the small noise that left my mouth, I quickly shut the visor and decided make-up won't hurt the damn mask.

.
We snuck up on the side of the auction house, finding an electric boarded vent. I sighed, "Fuck, how-" Delirious reached out and touched it as I panicked, "JONA-" he was fine...
He smirked, "I got rubber in my gloves, it won't shock me. It won't get you either with that rubber catsuit."
I wanted to facepalm, simply forgot one of the most known bull shit.
I rolled my eyes and watched as he unscrewed it, opening it up. Delirious let me climb in first, sending me Marcel's blueprint over the party inventory. I climbed inside and tried not to get claustrophobic seeing as how it was a tight squeeze. I used my arms to scoot forward as I followed the ventilation system to the security room that held the Hope Diamond. I could hear Delirious's breathing start to get uneven so I turned slightly to look back, "You ok Jon?"He sighed, "I-Ill live..." I frowned and was releaved to find the outlet from the vent and into the roof panelling.
I reached back, "Hey, give me the screw driver." He handed it to me soundlessly, I got to work on it and busted my legs through first. I took a second to take in a deep breath, whispering, "Holy shit, thank God we got outta there."
No response.
I turned swiftly, making sure not to mis-step on the plank of wood. "Del?"
"Hm?"
"You okay?" I said, sticking my head into the vent and using my flashlight to see him.
He sighed, "I don't know... I feel like I can't breathe."
I frowned and bit my lip, "Hey, I'm gonna need you to take off your mask."
He shook his head, "I can't,"
"Del-"
"I cant-"
"Jonathan."
He looked up at me, his eyes soft.
"I won't look at your face okay? I promise. It won't get better until you take off the mask and get out of the vent. I need you Jon. You can put it on as soon as you are out."
He started breathing hard as he reached up and pulled off his mask. I could see Delirious's black hair from above, I could just look if I really wanted to... I could see what he has been hiding...
I decided against my horrible thoughts and closed my eyes, reaching out for him. "My eyes are closed, Jon grab my arms and I'll help you out."
I heard his voice start to become steadier, "ok."
As I felt his hands grab into my arms, I pulled him out with his help. I carefully kept my feet planted, "Be careful." I hoped he was ok because I let go of him.
I heard some shuffling, "Ok you can open your eyes (Y/n)."Everytime I hear my name it's a shock but I can't help but love the way the boys say it.
I did so and was met with his covered face, the mask back on. I smiled and pat his arm, "You alright?"
He nodded, "Yea, sorry I freaked out. I-"
"-got claustrophobic. It's okay."
I could tell he smiled by the way his eyes squinted. I carefully bent down and lifted up a tile, trying to get a glimpse.I realised we were directly above the diamond. I sighed, "Let's get set up. We don't have too much time." He nodded and got to work as I started attaching my harness.
After a while he had a pulley system to get my down safely. I smiled as he picked up the hook, "turn."
I smirked and saluted him, "sir yes sir."
He giggled slightly and started attaching the rope and hooks. Finally we took off the tile and connected the pulley on one of the rafter beams.
As I crouched ready, he whispered in my ear, "Be careful (Y/n)."
I nodded, "Ready?"
He clicked the pulley on, indicating I could go. I held onto the rope an tried not to drop to fast, soon I was dangling over hundreds of light blue lasers. I sighed, "Ok, lower me."
He did so, making me move insanely slow. I made it close to the glass display case, I wanted to get ready, "slide me down the tools." I heard his fiddle with something's and a sickening crack.I felt the rope go slack and it dropped me. I couldn't stop the small scream of panic, "Jon!"
I let out a tight gasp as the restaints pulled hard on my stomach and shoulders. Delirious groaned from above, his arms holding into my rope and pulley to keep me from sounding the sensors below.
"Jon, don't let go."
"Trust me," he said in a strained voice, "I didn't plan on it.""So lemme guess, no tools can be used now?"
He groaned, "yep."
A plan popped into my head, "Lower me please."
I noise of distress came from him above as he loosened his grip, sliding me down another couple feet. "Stop." He did so and watched, "hurry please."
I reached out for the Hope Diamond, trying my best to concentrate on it in my hand.
"If you were gonna blip, now is the time." My eyes closing.I felt something cold touch my hand, I smiled and pulled away after closing my hand around it. A small clatter sounding.
I finally opened my eyes and saw it, the 70 Billion dollar jewel in my palm. I almost forgot about Delirious.
"(Y/n)?! You get it?" His voice stained.
"Pull me up!"
Slowly but surely he pulled me up, his hand bleeding from rope burn and it was already bruised from the previous heist. I gasped out as we both fell onto our backs on the wooden beams, showing him the necklace. He laughed, "Good work Agent."
I looked up at him and took off the mask, adrenaline pumping through me. I laughed and kissed his covered cheek, "We did it!"
His shocked expression went over my head, "Come on Jon. Let's get packed up and goooo!"
He smiled and did as I said. Both of us getting done and back in the vent, but in a lighter mood.Once we got out, Delirious being able to do so easier, we made our way to our vehicle. I sat down with a huff, calling the others.
"How'd it go?" Evan said.
I chuckled, "Not as planned but good. Del needs Moo but overall," I made sound with the necklace, "I'd say a job well done."Low-key not as good as I hoped😂 either way, hope you liked it. My hand is cramping😂 for those reading past 10:30 GET SOME SLEEP YOU DELINQUENTS!😂❤️
