Me and Marcel decided to tell the others about the dark room. It was too selfish to leave to ourselves. Two at a time, we snuck each other in to the room. Letting them enjoy what we did, all coming out with red eyes. It wasn't easy though, Anita had cops crawling all over the place after her party. Though it all seemed worth it, everyone feeling more motivated to get out of here. All except Cassidy... She decided to stay at home, "Doubt anyone is at the hospital for me anyways."

That just didn't sit well with me though. I just couldn't understand why she wasn't even slightly curious or at least she could've gone for the chance of someone being there.

"Hey Blue," she said as I entered the living room.
I nodded and sat down next to her, "What's up?"
"Just thinking about our next mission... I'm ready to get out of here."
"Yea-"
She interrupted me, "-part of me kinda wants to stay, ya know?"
I couldn't stop the look I gave her, "What?"
"I mean," Cassidy pay my thigh and scooted closer, "I just don't have anyone out of game."
Part of me felt bad for her but the other part of me almost screamed, "Cassidy don't talk like that."
She shook her head and laid her head on the back of the couch, "You have the guys after this is all over, I'll wake up and be going back to being a nobody."
I couldn't stop myself from rolling my eyes, "You'll have us. May not realize it but since you've been here, you have helped alot."
"Still, I'm not like how you are with them. Blue, you guys just clicked and they don't even know your real name..."
I stood up with a sigh, "You don't need to know someone's name to be friends," holding my hand out for her she took it, me helping her up. "also it helps I kinda dated one of them before this."
We both chuckled, her smile brightening the room, "Well, too bad it wasn't me."
I shook my head, trying to ignore her flirt, "We will be there for you once it's over. The friends we make from this will be forever. I don't think I'll ever forget them," I hesitated the next part, "or you."

I turned to walk down the hall, "Hey," I turned to realize she was still watching me, "Just let me know if you change your mind about the dark room. I'll take you there."

As much as she has been freaking me out lately, I still didn't want her feeling alone in this. I remember the time in game when I wasn't with the guys, it wasn't so great...
.
While walking down the hallway, I accidentally ran into Anthony.
"Oh, shit! Sorry Panda!"
He softly touched my shoulder, "It's fine, I should've been looking where I was going."
"Well..." I noticed the red around his eyes, "How'd your dark room go?"
He shook his head with a smile, "Great... Only it just made me miss everyone more."
"Yea, I get that."
"Hey, thanks for telling us about it." His hand left my shoulder as he started to walk away.
I nodded, "Of course-wait-!" He stopped as I reached out for him, lightly grazing his wrist, "Sorry but, you think maybe we can have some training? Maybe I can help bring up your level a bit in stealth."
"Oh," Panda nodded, " yes actually. That'd be great, me and Brian were supposed too but I think maybe you'd be better. "
I raised a brow, confused, "How-?"
"Just," he sighed, "we got into a small argument... It's whatever, how about tomorrow for practice though?"
I hardly got to answer before he was agreeing and walking off.

Geez, what happened with them?

Walking up the steps I forgot to skip the first one, my foot going straight through. "Shit," I pinched the bridge of my nose.
Relax
Relax
Relax...
Within seconds I was able to move it again, walking up the rest of the stairs. I've now found a way to somehow control the "blips". Or at least how to get unstuck from things, I can't really stop them from happening. Also I can almost do it on command. During free time or during nights I can't sleep, I will practice with it. Of course it doesn't always work though, I've had to have someone push me back out from being stuck waaaaay too many times.

I walked into my bedroom and onto the balcony, looking at my hand. I've learned it to be more of a defense mechanism, guess there was some plus side to it after all.

*knock knock*
"Come in," I turned and saw Marcel, "hey!"
There has been some sort of tension between us since the last heist, since the moment in the dark room... Before we messed with the pedestal. He scratched the back of his head, "Yo, the guys were wondering if you were up for going out for New Years."
"Of course!"
It was already edging towards the new year... Meaning we have been stuck in this hell for about 6 months. God it hasn't been that long already has it?
"What were they thinking?" I asked, watching as he walked over.
Marcel leaned against the railing, "Maybe going to the club, getting some drinks. The radio announcers said there will be a ball drop in the city, so we could go watch that too if you wanted."
I smiled, "As long as we have a good time, might as well make the most of it."
"Yea..." he looked down at the shrubbery.
Something was wrong, I turned to stand next to him, slightly nudging his shoulder, "What's wrong babe?"
I meant it in a non-romantic way but suddenly felt flustered, my face burning hot. Luckily he wasn't paying attention to my face and didn't call attention to it, "Just tired of it all... I want to go home, I-I miss my family..."

The dark room left an impression on us all, it was unhealthy at this point because hardly anyone talked about it. I put my arm through his while resting my head on his shoulder, "Hey..." Gently, I squeezed his arm.
"We are getting out of here."
"How do you know?" Marcel bit back.
I only held his arm tighter, "Because I just do. Y'all are getting out of here whether you like it or not," a half-hearted chuckle left his lips as I continued, "Now we know our families are there... Now we know how much more we need to get out of here. So don't talk like that..."
He nodded, bringing his right hand to rub on mine, "Yea... Sorry..."
