Ya get the drill. Low key realizing this entire story is trash rn lol
I also attempt to mimic his accent and the way he pronounces things. Then halfway through I realized people might be offended by it so I kinda stopped.

I sighed as I looked at the song choices, "Bad Romance? Toxic? Come on how are you gonna be able to join any of this?" Nogla chuckled, tuning the speaker, "I am mostly for ta instruments and back up vocals."
"Then why couldn't you sing and Evan play?"
"Could you imagine, me? Singing Lady Gaga and Britney Spears?"
I chuckled, "It would be quite the show."
"Sure," Noble say down and strumed his guitar, "Now get on that microphone. I've heard you enough without it but this is gonna be us practicing the skill transfer." Nervous, I pulled the mic close to my lips, attempting to sing in tune.

"Baby cAn't you SeE-" Nogla reached forward and lightly touched the microphone stand, it felt odd, the melody leaving my lips perfectly, "I'm falliiiin~Holy shit Nogla!" He smirked and sat back with a short laugh, "Sounds great. Can't get much practice time though, it'll run down my energy."
From what I learned so far, skill transfer can easily ware out the transferer. It's similar to using two skills at the same time.
I nodded, "Ok, so let's do this."

.
Anxiety set in as we made it to our destination. The outfits were uncomfortable and the couple hundred eyes on us were worse. Wildcat was in my ear, "Jesus (Y/n)," he only used my real name when the boys couldn't hear, "I can feel your anxiety from the van. Chill out, you will be fine." I cursed into the small piece, "Say that when you are up here."

I threw on a fake smile as Nogla brought me back to reality, gesturing me to join stage with him. Him whispering in my ear, "Introduce us..."
Clearing my throat, I looked out into the crowd. My eyes easily landed onto the owners booth, the birthday girl. She wore a dark purple dress that fit every curve, her black hair in a pixie cut, and her bright blue eyes stared into mine. "Hello everyone, we are the Bandits!" I could practically hear Noglas eyes roll from the shitty name, "Y'all ready?! This is for our birthday girl tonight," I paused and casted a look to Nogla, who clicked something on the nearest speaker. Bad Romance instantly flooding my ears, only making it much worse. My palms began to sweat as the nerves crawled up my back and neck. She seemed to notice or guess what was happening. The owner stood to get up, my silence booing itself off stage. Panic began to set in as I realized that I am the reason this mission will fail.

" Ra-ra-ah-ah-ah
Roma-roma-ma
Gaga, ooh la-la
Want your bad romance~"
Nogla picked up my pause and went with it, singing the first lines. With that, a sudden boost of confidence filled me as I took over, my hand slowly landing on the Mic,
"Ra-ra-ah-ah-ah
Roma-roma-ma
Gaga, ooh la-la
Want your bad romance!"
I kept my eyes slightly shut, not wanting to notice the crowd. My voice slightly wavered, Nogla not using the transfer until absolutely needed. I continued to sing, belting out the lyrics as the crowd went wild.

The music started to pick up as it got to the one note I never managed to hit, I casted a worried look to Nogla as I went on. Our eyes locked as I continued, "Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh!" He joined in, a faint blush settling over my cheeks, "caught in a bad romaaaance~"

And it was done.
The first song at least.
We continued on with a couple more, finally reaching our closing act.

I couldn't stop the laugh leaving my lips as I looked back to my partner. Adrenaline ran through us both at this point, goofy smiles spread over our faces. Nogla spoke under his breath, "Just try to have fun with this one."
The owner had a smirk displayed over her face, unknownst of our crew hijacking her shit.
I wet my lips, adjusting the weight from one heel to the next. "Was it mandatory to wear heels?" I asked myself annoyed. With this one, he knew he had to do the S.T.
Without giving homself away, he scooted closer to my microphone, holding the stand. The beat played, the S.T. making it easy to fall in sync. I pointed towards the crowd and attempted to do what he suggested, to have fun with it. I smiled and winked towards some of the guests and the owner as I started to feel angsty enough. Nogla's small vocals grew quieter and quieter. I looked back and noticed the dazed and tired look that started to go over his face.
To bring him back in, I turned and got close to him as I sang, "oh baby can't you see, I am faaaallin!" He seemed to focus more on me, "A guy like you, should bare a waaaaarnin!" I grew close in a teasing matter, only actually getting lost in the moment. "It's dangerous, I am lovin iiiiit~" during the small breath, I noticed how pink we grew.

My heart already hammered from everything else, him being him only made it worse. I couldn't help but let my mind drift to his features and almost correlate him with the song. Nogla's chest heaved from all the energy he was using up, I ran my hands over his chest, "A kiiiiiss from your lips and I'm, on a RIDE~" our attention on each other seemed to help him focus on the task at hand, snapping out of his daze. Nogla's eyes swallowed me whole, making my stomach drop. It might've just been the heat of the moment but has he always been this attractive?

I sung that last verses, looking away from Nogla and watching the woman of the night watching me with a smile. "Thank you for having us! Now, enjoy the next performances as we take a break!" An intermission thing was scheduled to give us some time. Thank god because Nogla looked exhausted. After a couple minutes, we were off stage, Nogla wiping sweat from his forehead, "Who knew singing would be so hard."
I rolled my eyes with a laugh, "I gotta admit, other than you getting wiped out, it was fun. I could actually sing for once..."
"Yea," he smiled, his eyes drawing me in, "Its nice ta enjoy things in this world once in a while."
I felt my digital heart begin to race, my lips twitched as a blush formed over my face. He didn't even flirt! I became a mess, my hand slightly glitching as I tried to cover my cheeks, "Y-yea."
Nogla leaned forward, lightly touching my arm, "You sounded really good out 'tere... I didn't have ta use too much energy."
That sent my insides into a frenzy, "Awe, David-"

"Hey, you two ready? They got our items, just need the getaway car!" Wildcat said in my ear.

I nodded, forgetting he couldn't see and verbally spoke, "Yea. We gotta find a way past the crowd though. See you in 5."
Nogla stood up, taking a deep breath and trying to regain some composure, "Let's go Blue."
I grabbed his arm, "Do you think I can do the energy transfer? Like, for stealth?"
He shrugged, "You probably could but," Nogla scratched his head, "I don't 'tink you need to."
I paused, "Oh, you got good stealth?"
Snickering he opened the backstage door, "You and Brian are the only ones with a nice set of skills!"
"Sorry," I muttered, him not hearing over the band's music. We both thread through the crowd, not being recognized from the stealth masking us from view.

When we opened the doors, everything seemed to unravel. The cold air splashing me in the face, I JUST PERFORMED IN FRONT OF PEOPLE. Feeling anxiety bubble up within me, I turned towards Nogla who rested his head against the cool brick wall. Most likely recovering his energy, it still being low from earlier. Also, that club was HOT. I walked over, "Hey, let's go." He nodded and we walked to the van half a block away. As soon as we were close enough, Wildcat opened the back doors, "You two look like a train wreck."
I smirked, "Yea, whatever. Let's just pick up the boys."
"Yea um... Thing about that..."
Me and Nogla leaned against the doors, not getting in yet. Wildcat sat in a chair that was surrounded by small tech mics, each being for the guys. Nogla next to me sighed, "What?"
"They'be been caught."

It felt like a punch to the throat. We've never failed a mission. Is this a failed mission? Can we recover from this?!
I felt my hands start to get clammy, "W-what happened?!"
"Well, when your performance stopped, the owner left. Finding our guys in the office waiting for our cue to leave."
Guilt weighed on my shoulders, if I didn't get carried away with Nogla. This wouldn't have happened. He seemed to be thinking the same way, "Hey, we can get them. I mean, you are still connected to their mics right?"
"Everyone cut out! I tried everything but I'm getting nothing!"
My arms glitched as I wrapped them around myself, trying to call down. Nogla noticed the small blue and green codes, Wildcat too busy tweaking his mic sets. He walked over and wrapped his arms around you into a hug, "Hey, it'll be fine."
"Maybe if-"
"No maybe if's okay? We did everything we were told so it's fine."
His arms around me were comforting, my heart raced but I began to calm down. The glitching not as severe as I wrapped my arms around his torso, "What are we gonna do?"

I didn't notice the jealous glare Wildcat sent our way.

Nogla slightly pulled away, looking down at me with a small smile, "We will find a way. The boys can do fine on their own-"

"UH- GUYS?!" Marcels voice came from one of the tech mics.
