Ali's POV

Omg. How many times had I imagined this happening? How many fan fictions had I read about this moment? Too many to count. But here I am, with my best friend and my little sister. On the Why Don't We tour bus. Living with them for the next week.

This has to be a dream. I look over at Grace, who is still with Zach. He was singing to her. She was smiling so much. She touched his arm and he blushed. Sparks were flying.

Stella and Jack were sitting on a bunk, and Stella was showing him the drawings she made. Weirdly, they are actually pretty good. Not anything like what a normal three year old would come up with. Stella is basically a child prodigy.

Jonah and Corbyn has gone out to security to try and locate my things. Daniel and I were awkwardly sitting together on the lounge.

Say something stupid. Don't just sit there. Say something! I said to myself. Daniel broke the silence.

"So, what's your favourite song?" He asked, leaning forward a little. I could see every little detail of his face. Don't kiss him. Don't kiss him.

"I love hard. I feel like it really means more than it says, because sometimes you just have to fake a smile and play your part to keep people happy, but underneath there is so much more to who you are that people will never know. It's like wanting the on,y thing you can't have." Tears filled my eyes as I said this.

Daniel looked concerned. "Is there a certain thing that you want?" He whispered. I nodded. "Last year, my parents went missing and nobody ever found a body. No ransom call ever came. I live with Stella and Grace. I really miss them. I want them to come back." I whispered, tears running down my face.

He moved closer and hugged me. "I'm so sorry." He said. I tried to laugh and changed the subject.

"So are you sure the three of us can stay? I don't think we will all fit." I said, looking around the bus. He shrugged. "I'm sure jack would be happy to share with Stella because he is used to sleeping with lavender. Grace can have the spare bunk and you can have mine. I'll sleep on the couch."

Stella ran over and climbed onto my lap. "I'm hungry! I want Taco Bell!" She demanded. Zach jumped up. "Did someone say Taco Bell?!" He yelled.

"Fine. Let's get Taco Bell." I picked up Stella and Grace and I walked to Taco Bell while to boys waited in the bus. We didn't want anyone to know we were staying with them. I didn't want to start drama.

I got a few burritos and quesadillas and coffee. A man was standing in the corner watching us. I felt creeped out, so I turned around, just as he lifted his phone and took a picture of us. I pulled my cap down over my face and we left quickly.

As soon as we got onto the bus, Zach was snatching the food from us. We all ate in silence. Then the boys went to the front of the bus so we could get changed. We had no spare clothes, so we borrowed some of the boys'. I was in Daniel's green sweatshirt and some grey sweatpants. Grace was wearing Zach's hoodie and a pair of shorts. Stella was in Jack's coat, which was way too big. It was like a blanket on her.

Daniel's POV

After the girls had gotten changed, we all came back and put on a movie, Harry Potter, per Stella's request. Ali was sitting on the couch in my shirt, hair in a messy bun and no makeup. She looked really pretty. She looked at me. I blushed and sat down. It was really cold in the bus, so when I sat down she shifted towards me.

Should I put my arm around her? No, that's weird. Is it? Is that even ok to do? Why am I thinking about this?

A bit of paper hit the back of my head. I turned around and saw Corbyn looking at me. He mimed  yawning and putting his arm around an imaginary person. Right. Ok.

I put my arm around her slowly. She froze, but then slowly leaned into me. She smelled really good. Like vanilla and peppermint and something else.

We stayed like that until Jack stood up, carrying Stella who was half asleep, legs wrapped around his waist and head on his shoulder. He walked carefully to the beds, singing to keep her asleep and lay down on the bed, moving over so Stella had room.

Ali shifted and I moved my arm, worried that i weirded her out. She looked a tiny bit disappointed. She stood up and walked to the beds.

"Goodnight." I whispered. She didn't hear me.
