It had been a few weeks now. To say this was by far the most painful recovery I've had is an understatement. Not only was I physically in pain but mentally it was starting to get to me. Taking things slow, not being able to sing it was all a lot to take in.
However that didn't stop me writing songs. My favourite one that I've not long written was called imagine and touch it.
Did I miss Justin? Fucking hell yeah.
He was doing amazing on his tour and I couldn't be happier for him. He occasionally sends me long paragraphs and gifts that he misses me.
Me and Hayes are friends again. There was no love connection - not from my side anyway. But the hate had definitely settled.
The boys had all been doing their usual YouTube videos and doing meet ups with fans which I sadly could not attend. I had just been around the house , talking to my fans via twitter and helping skylynn with the animals.
I was beyond bored. And everyone knew it. I did however have an interview booked in the next couple of days. I needed to open up and explain what's been going on as I've left everyone in the unknown and I was feeling the pressure of getting it out.
I was finally at a stage where I felt comfortable to open up.
Shawn has finally come to terms with me leaving the house. So Hayes was going to take me out today. Yes Hayes- but please don't get too excited. We are friends.
"Are you nearly ready?" I hear hayes call.
I was currently getting ready. And no I wasn't nearly ready. He told me 5 minutes ago we can go out today.
"Give her a chance !" Erin calls.
I giggle and put my hair in a ponytail. I put on an oversized hoodie and some knee High heeled boots.
We wouldn't be doing a lot today. I wanted to get sushi and just get outside. I was looking forward to it.
"So is this a date ?" Erin asks.
"No. You know I still love Justin. Very much." I say and put on some lip balm.
"Of course. But you know what the media would think." Erin says.
"I know ! They're so annoying" I sigh.
"Give justin a heads up." Erin says.
"I already have. He's fine with it and misses me" I pout.
"I get butterflies whenever I think about Justin." I giggle.
"Well when he's back from tour we can see how things go!" Erin wiggles her eyebrows.
"Definitely. I can't wait for him to be back" I say.
"Well enjoy your first day out !" Erin smiles.
"I will !" I giggle.
I grab my bag with my purse and spray on some perfume before walking downstairs.
"Ready now ?" Hayes smiles.
"Yes!" I laugh.
"Keep her safe please." Shawn says as he was also getting ready. The boys had another planned meet and greet today which would distract most of the fans so I could potentially have a nice quiet day out.
"Of course mate" Hayes smiles.
We walk outside and get into his car. I sit in the passenger seat. It reminds me of the song moonlight. "Tryna sit in the back of his whip And just cancel my plans"
I smile and turn the heating on as the weather was getting cold. Whilst doing that I accidentally bumped the radio and turned it on. But instead of the radio playing it automatically connected to Hayes phone and 'thinkin bout you' started playing loudly. I cover my ears as it makes me jump and Hayes goes bright red.
"Uh... it's a good song.!!" He blushes.
I giggle and look at him "fan of the new album?" I ask as he starts driving.
"It's amazing. Didn't expect anything less." He smiles.
"Well thanks. You helped me with it." I say.
"How." He asks.
"You inspired 80% of the album" I laugh.
"True" he blushes.
"Who would've thought all of this would've happened aye.." I sigh.
"I know.. a lot happened. But look at you now. You honestly are only going up. Everyone loves you" Hayes says.
"I love my fans" I say.
"Well they got you to where you are" Hayes smiles.
"For sure. Which is why I'm gonna open up tomorrow about my disease" I say.
"Why didn't you tell any of us .. or Shawn?" Hayes asks.
"I didn't feel like I had to. I didn't think I'd ever come back to you guys if I'm being honest." I shrug.
I see Hayes look upset. It was true though. I wasn't gonna lie to him.
"You're real strong you know that" he says. We pull up outside my favourite sushi restaurant. There was a few paparazzi but I didn't mind. I knew they were the respectful ones so I was happy for them to take photos from afar.
Hayes opens the car door for me and I smile getting out.
We walk Inside together and are greeted by a waiter who takes us to our table.
A few people in the restaurant were looking our way but I was expecting it.
We order our food and carry on talking.
"You really are some brave." Hayes says.
"I knew something wasn't right when I was on stage." I say.
"Why didn't you stop?" Hayes asks and takes a sip of his drink.
"I'm Ariana Mendes. I don't quit" I smile.
"I've never seen Shawn run so fast when it happened." Hayes says.
"I don't remember any of it. I remember singing 7 rings. But I don't remember accepting any awards or anything after that." I shrug.
"Well the main thing is your okay." Hayes smiles.
"I agree." I smile.
A waiter walks over and hands us our food.
"Thank you" I smile.

So so soooo sorry for not being active. I've had a family emergency and as well as that had so many exams. It's been quite a stressful start to the year for me 🖤
