-Mirra's POV-
Last week, Riku and I had the most splendid date of all time. It was a true masterpiece. Now, we greet and leave with a kiss. It's amazing how close we've become.. I wonder how far this relationship will take us... I hope we can stay together forever... I couldn't go to school for the entire week because I felt extremely ill... I had a high fever, felt very nauseous, and couldn't move my body at all. It was taxed with great pain. I concluded that I just caught a passing cold. The food from the resteraunt couldn't sicken me at all; I go there all the time. Well, now I feel better, so I can go to school tomorrow! I wonder how everyone has been while I was gone...
-Sora's POV-
Ever since he and Mirra went on that date I suggested, Riku could not look any happier. He no longer looked unhappy when Mirra's around, and I think he's regrowing his hair because of that. The point is, I'm happy for him. We all are. I can bet that he's not going to miss out on prom this year! Anyway, I saw Mirra return today, so that's good news.
"Hey, Mirra! Feeling better?"
"Yes, I am. Thank you for the concern, Sora."
"No problem! I forgot to mention: tomorrow is Dress Down Day, so you can wear whatever you want! Everyone decided to wear what we normally wear. Even the Organization will wear something casual for once!"
"Oh, I see. Well, I'll think of something. Where's Riku?"
"He's outside. I guess he wanted to talk to you about something."
-Mirra's POV-
"Thank you, Sora." I head over to Riku's location. He seemed as though this topic he wanted to discuss with me was significant.
"Hey, Mirra."
"Hi, Riku. Is there something you wanted to tell me?"
"Yeah. The thing is-" There was a loud sound, similar to thunder. "What the...?!" A loudspeaker booms over us, with Xemnas' voice flooding the area.
"Attention, students. There is a hurricane heading towards the island. I repeat, there is a hurricane heading this direction. Classes are adjourned until further notice. Please evacuate immediatly and head deeper into mainland. Thank you."
"Are hurricanes common on the islands?" I ask while we both run outside.
"Yeah, but not ones that are bad enough to shut school down in the middle of the day." As we leave the school, I gaze upon the firmament. It was dark to the point where not even a glisten of sun can pierce through the clouds. I can sense that this is no ordinary storm. This must be the work of some evil force. After all, a tempest like this are more rare than precious stones.
"Riku, I have a bad feeling about this..."
"I thought I was the only one... Let's meet up with the others." As we head away from the intended route, I notice dark globs following us... I doubt that they are the "Heartless" that Riku enlightened me about before. They seem more ominous and malovent than what he told me about.
"Uh, Riku?" He turns around and notices exactly what I'm seeing.
"Stay back." He summons his Keyblade and readies himself into his battle position. "I'll handle this. Just go out to safety."
"Are you implying that I'm weak and I need to be protected?" I create my whip and stand alongside him. "Let us fight together, as a couple, Riku!"
Surprised by my notion, he nods. "Alright, let's do this!" As soon as he said that, the blobs emerge from the ground, forming strange, monstrous creatures. As they charge head on towards us, I heard a voice from somewhere...
"The Senex will conquer all!"
