I wake up around 4:00 am, based on the sun. I get up and feed Hades and Sandman. I sit back down, light another fire, and start to read Elena's diary.

Entry 1: "Today, I started a diary. Never thought I'd do this, but I thought it'd be a good idea."

I decide to skip a few pages.

Entry 37: "I met a really nice guy today. He didn't tell me his real name, just told me to call him 'Orion.' It's a nice nickname."

I think I have a lead here. That entry was dated for when Mira was a sophomore in college. I skip a few more pages.

Entry 44: "Orion got me an amazing gift today! He also asked me out, but I declined him. I just wasn't ready for a relationship."

Damn, that'll drive a man off the walls. I think I know who I'm looking for now. "Orion..." I say to myself. Ryan wakes up. "Who's Orion?" He asks. "The guy I'm looking for, it seems. Mira met him in college. She declined his love, and I think he's held on to that for a while. He's even learned that I exist and probably wants me dead as well." I say and shut the diary. I also stand up and walk over to Hades. "I just have to make sure I kill him first," I say and mount Hades. Ryan puts out the fire and we head out.

"Where would Orion be based at?" I ask Ryan. He pulls out a map and we look it over. We stopped at a stream so our horses could rest. "Either here," He says, pointing to a dense forest. "Or here, I'd assume." He says, pointing to a castle in a desert. "And we're here," He says, pointing to the river bend. I look over the diary once again.

Entry 40: "Orion seems to like dark colors, like black and purple. He is also into medieval times and said he'd love to live in a castle."

"The castle, that's where we'll find him," I say. Ryan nods and we start to ride that way. We head northeast towards the castle. After about an hour, something interesting finally happens. A dune explodes, blinding our horses for a bit. They stumble and fall over. I fall off and roll safely to the ground. Ryan hits the sand hard. I help him stand, but the enemy hits me faster than I can help Ryan. "Shit, that hurt!" I say, looking at my leg. A cut runs deep all along my right leg. I pull a 9 of Hearts, and Ace fixes the wound. He also heals Ryan. "Alright, show yourself, fucker," I say. Ryan summons The Mandalorian and gives him a rifle. "This is the way." The Mandalorian says. I summon Shepherd and stand alert. Another dune explodes and I light it aflame. I hear someone scream from the other side of it. I run to the source of the screaming and see a terrorist. "Fuck, they're here too?" I say and put the terrorist out with Shepherd's sword. I help our horses up and tell Ryan the news. "Damned terrorists are here too. Keep on your guard." I say. I keep Shepherd's sword on my back, and we keep riding on.

Every hour on the hour we're met with another terrorist. Each one gets tougher after the previous one. "Damn, feels just like playing Super Mario again, but each level is a new terrorist," Ryan says as I put my sword through the terrorist's beltline. "And each one takes more and more energy for me to kill," I say back. I fall to one knee and sit there for a bit. Ryan shows me the map. "We've been riding for 10 hours, with 10 terrorists killed, and we've made it almost one-third of the way, all in one day." He says. I sigh and lay back. Ryan lays down as well. "Sometimes, I think about how I'll go out. May be the most badass thing, or something worthless. This may be the trip I die, ya know? But, I also may achieve my goal and live a happy ending, but I don't think life's gonna give me that." I say. I stand up, lay out my sleeping mat, light a fire, and fall asleep.

It's about 1800 hours when I wake up from my nap. Ryan stayed up and kept watch. "Hey, Ryan. It's still Wednesday, right?" I ask him. "Yea, you ready to go?" He asks. "Yea, let's get it on," I say. I roll up my sleeping mat, put out the fire, and mount my horse. I draw Shepherd's blade, which we decided to call Cerberus, and we ride off. We ride for about 4 more hours and kill 4 more terrorists. After we kill the 4th one, we stop and look at the map. We managed to make it halfway through the trip in one day. I'm tired as hell, so I roll out my sleeping gear, lay down, and fall asleep again.
