i can feel the eating disorder voice getting louder. i'm keeping it hidden for now, though. i found my dad's diet pills, and i made a few of my own.

recipe:
2tbsp cayenne pepper
1tbsp turmeric
1tbsp ground ginger
add water (with fiber powder dissolved) until the dry ingredients become a dough. mold into pill-like shapes and allow to dry for a few days.

tip of the day: when eating whole fruits, bring along a plastic bag. take bites and spit them in the bag, and dispose of the bag discretely. keep the core/peel with you and dispose of that where others can see you've 'eaten'
