i skipped lunch yesterday, and i had a pretty solid workout. i found my dad's scale, so now i can check my progress!

workout:
- cw number of leg extensions
- 1/3 cw sit-ups
- 1/2 cw jumping jacks
- 1/10 cw push-ups

current weight: 146.02 lbs
highest weight: 156 lbs
lowest weight: 121 lbs

tip of the day:
divide your weight in half, and that is the number of fluid ounces of water you should be drinking. if you drink things with caffeine, you should drink the same amount in water on top of your suggested intake.
