LESSON 4: New Aspiration
INTRODUCTION:
Aspiration means a strong desire to achieve something high or great.
Q: Anong aspiration mo?
Q: Saan ka ba committed?
Q: Are you ready to commit to God?
(*Note: Review to them the vision of your church o kung ano mang system ang ginagamit niyo kami we used G12 system so iyon ang ilalagay ko sa baba)
G12 Vision: To win souls and make disciples.
G12 Goal: To make every believers, leader or of leaders.
G12 Purpose: To love God and to love others.
Q: What is your great commitment?
In the bible this is the "great commission":
(Commission means order)
Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
Matthew 28:19-20 NLT
What should be your new aspiration?
1. Share the gospel
But now you are free from the power of sin and have become slaves of God. Now you do those things that lead to holiness and result in eternal life.
Romans 6:22 NLT
“For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.
John 3:16 NLT
- Ito iyong una mong narinig at dahilan kung bakit ka nandito ngayon at nag papatuloy sa paglakad sa Lord, ang gospel o mabuting balita. Marami saatin na inaakala na ang "gospel" ay salita lamang ng Diyos. Yes it is the words of God but the meaning of it is salvation. Ang kaligtasan. Ang mabuting balita. Bilang ilaw ng mundo dapat maibagahi mo sa iba ang kaligtasan na ibinigay sayo ni Kristo noong una.
2. Share your testimony.
Then I saw another beast come up out of the earth. He had two horns like those of a lamb, but he spoke with the voice of a dragon.
Revelation 13:11 NLT
- For us to defeat the enemy we muat share our testimony on how God changed our lives.
• How to share our testimony?
- Brief things about your past life (Religous background, attidude, experiences and beliefs)
- How do you know Christ and when?
- What is the changes.
*Note: Testimony must focus on Jesus. Dapat kaonti lang from the past then more on lifting up God.
3. Make disciples
- Kung ibabahagi mo ang salita ng Lord you will win and making disciples is a different thing, disciples is iyong malalim na talaga. (Matatackle natin iyan sa mga susunod na series)
- Lagi mo din tandaan na better na mag karoon ka ng nag didisciple sayo at may dinidisciple ja para may gumabay sayo at may inspiration ka and besides of that commission mo iyon sa Lord.
4. Be eqquiped
Isa ito sa lifestlye natin as a christian, ano nga ba o saan ba tayo maeeqquiped?
A. Cellgroup
B. Sunday service
C. Mentoring
D. Process of your church (For G12 system ang process ay Gospel, Start up a new life with Jesus, Lifeclass na may pre-encounter, encounter and post encounter, Destiny training na may 3 modules with 10 classes each.)
E. Mastering how to share the gospel.
CONCLUSION:
Start doing that as your practice being the light. Paano ka nga ba magiging ilaw?
L- ife changed by God. (Believe that God changed you)
I- ntimate relationship with God. (D.E.W.S.M)
G- iving our best to God. (Overall)
H- eart for the lost. (Sharing the gospel)
T- urn on the lights always. (Be connected to Gid always)
Always remember the 5 C's:
1. Connected
2. Committed
3. Compassion
4. Conviction
5. Covenant
