Luke's POV
School was so boring Thursday and Friday. It was finally the end of the week. It was short because we came back on Wednesday, but it felt really long because I had so many tests and quizzes.

Throughout the day today I couldn't stop thinking about where I was taking Mia tonight. I was going to take her on an actual date. I had it all planned out so just had to tell Zayn about it and what time I would bring her home. Mia's curfew was 12am and 10pm on school nights. We had to always have our phones with us, fully charged.

"I'm thanking God that it's Friday. I can't stand another day with Alex." Mia groaned walking up to me in the library after school.

"Awe, Mia. I thought we had something good going, babe." Alex said popping out from behind a book shelf. Excuse me, what the hell did he just call her.

"Back off, Alex. She's mine." I said wrapping my arm around her shoulder, pulling her close to me. I hate when other guys look at her or flirt with her like that. I mean, can you not see her boyfriend is fucking standing right here?

Alex scoffed. "Please, Mia kept touching me while we were working on our science project." Alex smirked. Mia looked guilty and my heart began to race.

"Oh, Luke, I'm terribly sorry that I brushed elbows with Alex while I was reaching for our log on the other side of the table. Will you ever forgive me?" She said sarcastically, trying not to laugh. I then calmed down realizing that she was just trying to show up Alex.

"No, this hurts to much. I can't believe you, brushing elbows with another man. I'm afraid that it's unforgivable." I acted like I was hurt. Alex stood there looking defeated.

"Mia is mine, and only mine." I stated firmly.

"Oh, Alex." Mia called as he began to walk away from us. He turned and looked when Mia called him. Mia turned my face towards hers and leaned up and kissed me on the lips, hard. When we pulled away Alex was standing there looking shocked and jealous. I flicked him off before walking away laughing with Mia.

"I think he will leave me alone after that, don't you?" She asked me.

"I didn't even know he was really bothering you. I just hate when other guys try to flirt with you." I said and Mia rolled her eyes.

"Of course, you are always jealous." She laughed.

"What? You're hot." I laughed kissing her head. She rolled her eyes again at me while smirking. "Not only are you hot, you are the most beautiful girl in the whole wide world!" I exclaimed while placing kisses all over her face. She giggled while pushing me away.

"Luke! Quit it!" She laughed.

When we got to the parking lot our parents were waiting for us. "Where have you two been?" My dad asked. I laughed and so did Mia.

"We had somethings to take care of." She answered. They both looked at us weird but dropped it. My father was holding Darcy and she reached for me when she saw me. I scooped her out of my dad's arms. She laid her head on my shoulder and placed her arms around my neck.

"Where's Eli?" Mia asked

"In the car waiting for us, we better get going." My dad answered. Mia kissed me on the cheek.

"I am taking you on a date tonight, I'll be at your house at 5:30. Don't eat, it's all part of the date." I informed her while carrying Darcy to the car.

I put Darcy in her car seat and as I was going to get in the front seat I realized that Eli was sitting there on his phone. Okay, Eli you can have shotgun when it's my day to have it. I rolled my eyes and got in the back seat.
