i heard a man's voice echo out followed by a hard slap sound and a thud which alarmed me, without a second thought i ran into the apartment seeing Y/N

there was this fire that arose in me and i ran to the guy and punched him hard, so hard he fell unconscious , pfft thats what you get idiot, i called the cops and the guy was arrested while Y/N was on the way to the hospital

i was about to follow her until i saw this picture, me and my first love, but why does Y/N have this?
i saw the bracelet next to it and i had 'lili' written on it, this was mine, i gave it to her before i left her... that means Y/N is the Y/N that i love and dated, my eyes widened and i immediately ran into the ambulance where Y/N was getting treated in

Y/N POV

i woke up, my eyes immediately squinting from the bright light, i looked over to my right and saw a beautiful girl even with disheveled hair, puffy eyes she still looks like a living barbie, i looked down to see her plump,kissable lips

just like my lili's lips...

i shifted closer to her to stare at her face more, until she woke up and started shifting in her place which startled me slightly

she rubbed her eyes cutely and looked at me, her eyes widening at the realization that i am indeed, awake

"Y/N! you're awake!? why didn't you wake me up?" she hugged me tightly which made me blush a tint of red, though i got distracted from her scent, she smells exactly like lili...

"you were sleeping peacefully i didn't want to wake you up" i stared deeply into her eyes

"it's alright, anyways anything you want to eat Y/N/N??(your nickname)" that nickname, she is my lili!

"lili!?" i asked staring at her in shock

"hehe annyeong! ehe 🙉" she did her signature aegyo

"LILI!!" i gave her a tight hug then she chuckled and hugged me back

"yah go slow! did you forget you were in the hospital?" she said laughing at me making me pout

"yah i missed you where did you go?" i said smacking her head

"ow yah! i went back to thailand because my cousin was sick and he had no one to take care of him" she said rubbing her head while pouting

"oh i'm sorry then" i kissed her head making her blush and look down

"oh! my lili is blushingggg ~" i said teasing her

"yaaah! stopp!!" she said as she started tickling me

couple years later..

"babe are you ready??" i asked her softly

"yep all ready! lets go?" i nodded and she intertwined our fingers

it's our 9th year anniversary but yet it still feels like the day we were officially a couple

"babe?" i looked at her

"yes?" she looked at me while we were strolling in the park
