i couldn't contain my excitement, i'm finally getting my 'soul marks', soul marks are marks you get on your wrist on your 18th birthday, it states the time you meet your soulmate, and the first action they do to you, it glows gold when you are near your soulmate, once they are far from you though, the marks turn orange
once you meet your soulmate, the marks on your wrist changes into their initials and the color changes depending on the mood of your significant other, blue for sad/gloomy, black for anger/jealousy, yellow for happiness, and of course purple for lust, red for love, oh and if you are very unlucky pink and silver for, well...if your soulmate loves someone else, this has only happened twice so its almost a one in a billion chance for that to happen
"Happy Birthday my sweet little dongsaeng" your older sister kissed your forehead
"thank you rosé unnie" i smiled sweetly at her, suddenly my wrist started to burn, my eyes widened in pain and excitement
"ah! that stings!!!!" i pouted cutely, rosé and jisoo unnie laughed at me, oh wait i forgot to introduce jisoo unnie, she's basically rosé unnie's soulmate, they met when they were trainees but now they are in a band called 'Blackpink'
"oh by the way dongsaeng jennie and lisa are going to be a bit late cause they had an extra photoshoot" she informed me, i just nodded and went back to look at my wrist, god that stings so bad
"me and jisoo are gonna go on a date, bye take care dongsaeng" she kissed my forehead before leaving
"bye bye dongsaeng happy birthday!" jisoo kissed my cheek and booped my nose before she went to rosé and left me all alone
"okay moment of truth, " i looked down on my wrist, it stated '0:15:24' 'hug' oh oka-
"WHAAAAT!!" i shouted loudly on accident, i'm gonna meet my soulmate in 15 minutes!? oh god oh god oh god oh my godddd
once i calmed down, i sat comfortably on the couch, eating my cake in peace, until i heard the doorbell, oh it's probably jennie unnie, i sprinted towards the door and then opened it

i didn't notice the mark starting to change because before i could even say a word, i was pulled into a hug, i already knew who it was so i tightened the hug.
"happy birthday bub" i felt soft, warm lips on my cheek, my face turning red in almost an instant, and a small smile appearing on my face
