Chapter 3
I Don’t Yugioh or the characters
Tsukis’s POV
Dad has been acting weird… he’s been looking depressed lately. Since I told him about Ōkami’s father, he’s been quite I don’t know why, I’ll have to talk to him later when I get out school. I hear someone calling me, I look up and notice that Ōkami has been calling me I look in his eyes, I can tell he’s worried. “Hey sorry I was thinking about something” I tell him. Ōkami soon gets that curious look in his face saying go on, I then explain about how my dad has been acting since I told him about his father and then soon Ōkami tells me that the same thing has been going on with his dad. We both decided to ask them if they had any problems or something in the past. We decided to walk home today since it was a lovely day out. We were walking until I hear footsteps behind us. I think it’s probably just some stranger walking to his destination but was I wrong. I soon feel a hand grab my arm, I look to see who grab my arm but his face was covered by a mask. Me and Ōkami soon get pushed into an alley, I’m scared that this person might kill us. The person grab my hair and yanked me to another wall across from the one I was at. I felt the air come out of my lungs once I hit the wall hard. The person pushes me back to the wall and starts to punch my stomach I try to fight back but I was too weak... I hear Ōkami yell out for me, he’s telling the guy to let go of me, I soon loose feeling in my body and the last thing I saw is Ōkami getting up slowly, and then going to the person giving him a punch in his face. I soon blacked out.
Ōkami POV
“Tsuki!!!!! Please wake up! “I yell. Ugh how could I have let my guard down? I have to help him but my body hurts. But I must, I would never forgive myself if he dies. I look at him and see he’s bleeding from his head, shit if I don’t get that guy off of him he’ll surly die. I slowly get up and walk towards him and I soon give him a punch in the face. He soon gets off of him and starts to whine in pain. I go towards him and start to punch him in the face, I soon feel him knee me in my crotch, ‘ahh that hurts’ I think to myself in pain. I look up and see that he’s about to punch me but soon we both hear police sirens. The criminal runs off as a coward and leaves me and Tsuki in pain. The sad thing is that the police were after a different criminal but a least that criminal ran off. I crawl towards him to make sure he’s okay, I notice that he’s breathing slowly which is a good and bad sign, the good is that he’s still alive but the bad is that he might be losing to much blood and he’s probably getting weak I have to get him to a hospital. I try to summon all the strength I have to get up, I rip my sleeve off and wrap it around his head to try to stop the blood. I carry him on my back to nearest hospital which was only a few blocks away. Once we get to the front door I see nurses rushing towards us. “P-please help u-us” I said until I fell to the floor unconscious.
Back to normal POV:
Nurses rushes towards the young boys, they notice that one boy is bleeding from the head and rushes him to the emergency’s room to stich up his wound and try to get him blood into his system. They put Ōkami in a hospital room to wrap his bruises. The nurses get the doctor Yugi Moto to do the stitching on Tsukis head. Once Yugi gets to the emergency’s room he notices that it’s not just some random kid but it’s his kid. He just stares at him in shock, he asked the nurses what happened and they tell him that they don’t know, that he came in on the back of a boy and that he too have passed out. He started to think that he has to help his son or he’ll die of lack of blood. Yugi started to work on his son, single tears were running down his cheeks.
Time passed and yugi finished working on the stiches on Tsuki’s head. He lost a lot of blood but Yugi donated some of his blood. Tsuki was in the recovery room, Yugi was happy that his son was going to be okay, but he was worried about the other boy that saved his son’s life. A nurse was walking pass Yugi until he said “Nurse Mai do you know what room the other boy that came in with my son may be in?” he asked nicely to the nurse. “He’s in room B203 Doctor” Mai replied nicely. Yugi thanked Mai and went to the room, he soon hears crying. He walks in and sees a boy that looked like his son, he was in shock that they looked so alike, he walks towards the kid and coughs to get his attention. Ōkami looks up at him and asks him about Tsuki’s condition. Yugi told him that’ll he’ll be alright and that soon he’ll be released to go home. Ōkami smiles happily and wipe his tears away. Yugi sits on the chair next to his bed.
“Why were you crying?” asked Yugi
“I was worried about Tsuki’s condition, I was scared that he was going to die. I didn’t want to lose my friend” Ōkami replies.
Yugi just smiles at him, he’s happy that his son has made a good friend.
“Um if I may ask what is your name?” Ōkami asks curiously
“My name is Yugi Moto” Yugi replies nicely.
“Your Tsuki’s dad! Tsuki has told me a lot about you, he always talk about how you save lives and that he’s looks up to you. My name is Ōkami Sennen” Ōkami says happily
Yugi was shocked that his son talks about him to his friends, he feels happy that his son looks up to him but the thing that shocked him the most is that the kid that saved his son, is his ex-lover’s son. His heart starts to hurt a bit knowing that he has started his family and that he couldn’t be the one to be by Yami’s side. He soon hears the door open, he thinks that it’s the nurse so looked at the person at the door. He was in shocked at who he saw. His heart started to beat fast, his stomach was being filled with butterflies. The person at the door turns out to be Yami. Yami stares at Yugi in shock. Yugi wanted to cry, all those memories that he had with Yami were coming back... Yugi excused himself, he walked pass by Yami wishing that they were still together. Yami just watches Yugi leave, he wished that he can stop him and just hold him and tell him that he’s sorry. He just sits next to his son and asks him if he’s alright. Yugi slides down the door and cries. He soon gets himself up and goes to his son’s room to check if he has woken up. He wished that he could stop having this feeling for Yami. He closes his eyes and just goes in his son’s room.
