No Escape Needed

Waking slowly, Sang could feel the heat blaring down on her and scorching her skin, the sand beneath her not helping with the discomfort she was feeling. Opening her eyes, the fog not leaving her mind she took in the handsome faces kneeling around her, "Am I in Heaven?" she rasped out.

A few chuckles and smirks could be heard and seen around the group. A man with blonde curly hair and eyes as green as hers, if not lighter, smiled at her and said, "Yes, Pookie, you are in heaven and I am your soulmate. I am glad you finally decided to show up."

"Dr. Green please refrain from your childishness." A man simply described as perfection rang out from next to the doctor. You could practically hear his eyes rolling through his tone.

Perfection made eye contact with a few of the other men and in synchronization, the men stood and she felt strong arms beginning to hold her. Sang wanted to object to the man picking her up but found herself succumbing to the darkness, the harsh conditions and dehydration of her previous escape taking a toll on her body.

If you told Axel Toma that he would be finding the body of woman laying on the beach during his morning swim he would have laughed at you and given you hours for coming up with such a stupid joke. Looking at her swinging in the arms of his brother North he couldn't help but notice her beauty. After almost 2 years of not seeing another woman around his age, Axel knew that she would only stir up trouble and change the dynamic of their group.

The men had been taken into slavery by that awful Captain Hunt, the asshole, and were able to jump ship in the middle of the night during a storm. Others had escaped with them but sadly the only ones who survived were Bill and his two little girls, Kate and Karen, his two year old Stephen were among the ones lost to them.

North made his way to his hut with Sean and put her on his sleeping pallet for her to rest and have the doc take care of her. Taking a last look at the woman lying on his bed, he couldn't help but worry about her. She was tiny and looked vulnerable. Shaking his head of the protective thoughts he closed the door behind him and headed to the logs that his brothers sat at.

"Where's Karen and Kate?" Marc asked from one of the logs. He had a soft spot for those two girls. Well, all the men did really, they were practically their little sisters.

"I saw them head off to the spring with Bill before Axel told us about the girl" Corey piped up from his seat with his shy voice. His cheeks reddening with Raven's attention on him, the island really brought out emotions when they first arrived. Raven was usually off whoring around when they were in civilization but, without any distractions Corey finally gathered some courage and kissed Raven. Ever since then Raven has been a love struck fool.

From within the Jungle, hidden by trees and shrubbery, Lillian watched the men in their little village. Huts stuck together by bamboo, straw, and other plants were circled around an open area with logs and a place to put a fire. She counted around 20 huts in total and was slightly impressed by the things she saw.

When she woke up, she had begun to look for Sang but when she finally spotted her down the beach she saw a figure walking up to Sang. Quickly running towards the trees in fright she watched as the guy yelled and brought a big group of men towards Sang. Oh God, there are so many of them! They are taking her! No!

She was in a panic but thought of what the blonde would do for her if she were in that position. Gathering as much courage as possible she began to follow them. Trying to be as quiet as she could but as dehydrated as she was she could only follow clumsily.

"Can we talk about the cutie yet! She looks so sweet! I could just eat her up!" A blonde man with long hair and chocolate colored eyes shook her out of her thoughts. Lillian's face began to pale at his statement.

Shit! They are cannibals! I have to save Sang!
