We didn't talked since then. His grades dropped and the teachers are already complaining. I can't help. Michael didn't even tried to reply to my messages. Everything was boring and dull.
At lunch, I tried looking at the cafeteria to see if Calum or Luke was there. Calum was there, sitting alone.
"Hey," I sat at the chair and approached him. "You seem so lonely, why? where's Luke?"
Calum brought his stare away from the book he's reading to my eyes. "Huh?"
"Why do you seem lonely?" I repeated.
"Luke is with a girl." He said. "I'm probably alone again. Hey, where's Michael? What happened to the both of you? You guys look like you just broke up or something."
"We aren't together, Calum." I explained. "We had a fight over something."
"Why?"
"He loves me, Calum. Michael cannot help it when I mention Ashton and he gets upset. He's mad at me right now and I want to end it. I love him. I don't know if I just see him as a friend."
"Oh those crappy love stories...." Calum chuckled. "You're the only one who knows that."
"Really?" I asked.
"Yeah," He says with a big smile. "Maybe Michael's for you, see? He cares for you alot. He talks about you when he's with us. Look at Ashton. He barely takes you out or something. He keeps alot of secrets from you."
"like what?"
"Alot." Calum lowered his voice. "When he was going to move away from here. He planned that from the start and you didn't know. When we are at the bar, he fucked with a girl."
There was awkward silence between us.
"I need to go," I spoke. "See ya." We waved goodbye's as I stood up and went away. At the library, I sat in the corner and opened my phone to see any notifications.
*new message arrived*
Michael: meet me at the back of the library asap
*new message arrived*
Michael: oh wait there you are.Oh god, I'm confused.
I stood up, placed my phone back in the pocket, and looked for Michael. He was there, leaning at the wall on the other side of the place.
"Hi," I mumbled. He looked pale and it was dark around his eyes.
"Before you say something," He said. "I want to fuck you first."
I was very confused. Sex was not a solution to anything. Even though we acted like this, I don't know why.
"Why?" I questioned, trying not to kiss him. "Why?"
"Because this is what you think of me," He answered. "A fuck buddy. Just a fuck buddy to mess around when you are bored."
"I was expecting you not to fall for me," I explained. "and I didn't expected to fall for you."
"I know," He says as he leaned closer and start kissing. I didn't stopped him. No one could see us, not even a single student.
"Michael..." I said as we stopped. "I still don't know what to feel."
"I know." He grunted. "Please forgive me for being shitty. I had been moody these days."
~•=•~
As I walked home (pros:exercise, cons: being tired after a shitty day), I heard noises near me. I tried getting closer where it came from. There was a tall teenager and someone from school punching a ginger haired boy.
Michael.
He was being picked up by them.
He was screaming for help.
I rushed to them telling them to stop. They just laughed and continued.
"I'll call the fucking police, I dare you." I warned (slay bitch slay -a/n ). They let go of Michael and ran away.
"Hey," He says weakly. "Thank you."
"Nevermind, I'll take you to the hospital." I said, trying to help him stand up. "It's just a block away, maybe."
