"Kids, wake up!" I hear Michael wake them up for the first day of school. Today is also his first day at his job while I stay at home and wait for the night until my shift at the office. "Today's the first day of your school!"
"Daddy, why do I need to go to school?" Amy asked.
Michael then said, "To learn more things about your surroundings and be successful like your mum."
"What happened to mommy?" Gordon asked.

"What should we name to him?" Michael asked as he kissed our baby. "He looks like me. And your eyes."
"He has your nose." I chuckled. "Let's name him Gordon, shall we?"
"I'll dye his hair when he grows up!" He laughed. "Just kidding. But for real, he is very special. You know why? he's awesome. Like me!"
"Mommy, what's his name?" Amy cheerfully asked. "Gordon? Hi, Gordon!"

"Well, she's the smartest girl in our class." He says. "Now get ready since you guys have school. Your daddy too, but it's for adults."
"What is it, daddy?" He asks further. I served the breakfast at the table and told them to eat before it gets cold.
"Work, business, stuff."
After cleaning the apartment, I saw an old box full of pictures and letters. It was when we had a roadtrip, reunion with Calum and Luke, And a picture of Ashton. I wonder what they look like now. The telephone rings and I got up to answer it.
"Hey, is this Michael?" A familiar voice asks. "This is his friend, Calum."
"Unfortunately my husband is at the bathroom," I replyed jokingly. "This is your friend too, fuckhead."
"Oh hey El!" Calum laughed. "Sorry to bother you guys but are you going to Alex's birthday on Saturday?"
"I'll call back when Amy and Gordon agree." I said. "They'll like him for sure."
"Oh yeah, thanks. I gotta go fetch him. bye." And he ended the call. I wondered what Calum's four year old son looks like.
"Who called the house?" Michael asked as he get out of the bathroom and drying his hair.
"Cal. He's inviting us to his son's birthday party." I answered. I sighed, Where is Ashton now? I never heard any news about him.
"Do you want to go somewhere?" He asks. "This weekend after the party?"
"Sure, anything for you."

The school bus stopped in front of our house and Amy came out saying, "Mommy!" excitedly. Gordon held her hand, which is cute, and they ran to hug me.
"Mommy, I have a new friend!" She says while jumping in joy. "He's cute and I like him and he has those thing like when he smiles?"
"That's a dimple, Amy," I chuckled. "It's okay if you like him. What's his name?"
"Fletcher Irwin!" She said. Irwin? This is Ashton for sure. "I saw his daddy and he looked like the guy in the picture. Who is he?"
I stopped. Should I tell them? "His name is Ashton. He was my friend, like your uncle Calum and Luke. And speaking of your uncle Calum, do you want to go to his son's party?"
"Yay!" They cheerfully said. I cooked dinner for them and we waited for Michael to come home before I leave.
"Hey, Mikey" I said, kissing his cheeks. "Amy has a new friend. He's Ashton's son."
"Didn't knew Ashton had a pretty sex!" Michael managed to laugh even if he's already tired. The kids looked at us and asked what sex means. "You'll learn that when you grow up. hey! Why are you listening to adult stuff?"
"Sorry daddy," Amy giggled. "Let's eat dinner!"
When they are already sleeping and after I dressed up for work, Michael got up from his bed and said, "Can we talk for a second?"
"Yes, why?" I asked. "Is there anything wrong?"
"No no no," He says. "It's just that I'm glad that I remembered us after the graduation and I told you I'll wait for you and we'll get married then have children. I'm happy to know that you belong to me."
"I won't forget that, Mikey." I replyed and kissed him. "I am yours. I'll never cheat on you, ever."
"Good to know." He says and kissed me more. Last time we did this -not sex- was before Gordon was born and we were just very busy about things. I misses this. I miss him. "You're mine. Only mine."
"I love you."
