Meeting you was like listening to a song for the first time and knowing it would be my favourite

Easy like a Sunday morning.

Pancakes and strawberries...warm summer breeze... noisy traffic...golden sun rays...mellow music.

Breakfast was a quiet affair. Tae has never been a morning person and so I have always felt the need to let him wake up at his own pace and get his groove on. You do not want to deal with a snappy Tae. I also did not want to spend the whole day holed up in the house when there was so much of the outside to explore. Being a Sunday, I thought after breakfast and groceries, a trip around the city would be a great way to familiarize myself with where I would be spending the next phase of my life.

In a way, I wanted to know what is where so that I could easily navigate my way around. After all, we wouldn't want to get lost on our first day to work because we did not know which direction to take now would we?

"Tae? Are coming along?" I shouted from the guest bathroom across the kitchen with a mouth full of toothpaste. He had finally gotten over his morning moodiness and was now back to being the happy go lucky guy that I knew.

"Yes!!!" he shouted in response.

"But you didn't even ask where to," I said after spitting out the paste raising an eyebrow.

"Where you go I go baby," he responded, wiggled his eyebrows, shimmied and headed to his room.

"Be ready in an hour!" I called after him. He ducked his head through the door pinched his index finger and thumb in an okay sign. I rinsed out my mouth and dried my hands on the hand towel before I headed off to my own room to freshen up.

It had taken me a while to sleep the night before, so I spent some time scouting maps to see what was good to see in Seoul. Being a photographer, I wanted places that would allow me to get my creative on. In my wandering on the internet, I had seen that there was an amazing park in the neighbourhood which I had wanted to visit and take some pictures that afternoon. My fingers were itching to click away at the camera.

The fountain there would be mesmerising against the sunset and the pictures taken by locals and uploaded told a story of how it gorgeously transformed into something out of a fairy tale in the nigh time. I wondered what the sky would look like at dusk with golden clouds sprawled across it and I couldn't resist wanting to visit. All I needed was a muse and Tae would perfect.

Tae was as handsome as they came - perfectly sculpted by the gods. Sometimes, I looked at him and felt like God had played favourites. He wasn't a model but he should have been. The lush wavy full black hair he groomed was a sign of his rude health. His slightly pointed nose complemented his cheekbones. His best feature was his entrancing golden brown eyes.

Almond-shaped, they could shine as bright as the evening sun when they lit up with joy. Other times, they would resemble two liquid pools of flashing fire. Ostentatious in character, the room was always filled with his canorous baritone voice.

His long, slender masculine legs perfectly complimented by his broad shoulders and slender neck made him look like a tall glass of Château Latour Bordeaux Pauillac wine. He was always quick to crack a joke or retort humorously. His elegant and trendy sense of style perfectly blended with his personality and gave him an edge that couldn't be replicated.
