why can hands feel so horrible,
but at the same time
do so many things?
why do hands look so odd?
they seem so wrong,
but also wonderful
hands.
hands create.
hands destroy.
hands do whatever they're told.
write.
draw.
build.
move.
but I don't want to look
at my hands
that aren't truly mine.
