Victoria

This is utterly ridiculous. Tyler seemed like a different person as if he'd magically transformed into this really possessive and dominating character. Not that he hadn't warned me, he had done that numerous times and I'd ignored all his warnings because I'd wondered how bad could it actually get?

I'd been dead wrong and I was about to find out why.

"Vicky!" I turned around to find Noah walking towards me. I was headed for lunch and I was supposed to meet Kayla.

"Hey," I smiled at him.

I was hoping he wouldn't talk about the scene that had just unfolded outside in the parking lot, the scene that included me locking lips with Tyler.

"Hey yourself," Noah said as he fell in step with me. "I wanted to know, did I do something?"

Confused I shook my head, "What are you talking about, Noah?"

He smiled but I could clearly see the hurt in his expressions. "Either you're a fantastic actress or you really have no idea."

"What's this about?"

Noah stared at me in silence. "I tried calling you last night but you blocked my number. I tried Facebook messenger, blocked, same with Instagram and Snapchat. What's going on?"

"That's impossible. I never blocked you, there has to be a mistake." I pulled out my phone from my bag and checked all my social media.

I was shocked when I realized that Noah was, in fact, telling me the truth.

I gaped at him, "I didn't do it. I swear to you."

"It must be that over-possessive boyfriend of yours." He commented bitterly.

I remembered I'd found Tyler fiddling with my phone when I'd decided to use the bathroom last night, and I'd thought nothing of it because I had nothing to hide. I bet he'd read through all my texts too.

"I'm so sorry, Noah. Tyler's not bad, it's just that he gets easily jealous over me. I'll unblock you from everywhere." I proceeded to unblock Noah's contact when I noticed a few other contacts missing from my phone. Boys who had admitted to having a crush on me, or rumored to have, the only numbers in my phone were the boys who were nerds.

Why had he gone through all that trouble? I mean, he clearly knew how deep my feelings ran for him. Tyler was acting like a total douche-canoe and I wasn't going to put up with his insensitive behavior.

"Tyler must seriously feel threatened by me," he winked, "I'm just glad you hadn't done it on purpose."

"Don't be stupid, you know I wouldn't do that."

"Wanna sit at lunch with me?" He asked.

"I was actually supposed to meet Kayla for lunch," I informed him as my eyes scanned the cafeteria. She was usually seated at the table with the other members of the cheerleading team.

There was a text from her.

Kayla: hey! hav 2 complete my bio project 2day. Can't meet 4 lunch. Sry. x

"Guess it's just you and me," I said and then noticed the entire hockey team sans T.J and Tyler seated in their designated table. Archer was with them too. "Aren't you going to join your team?"

Noah looked at the jocks, "Nah. I'd rather sit with a beautiful girl than a bunch of arrogant pricks that like to chase a puck."

"We can hear you, fucker!" someone yelled from that table.
