The large doors open as a guard with a card-like body runs into the throne room to speak to the one sitting on the throne.
"My queen! I bring upon you shocking news!" The card guard exclaims.
"And what would that be?" The Queen asks.
"You'll never believe this. After years of absence, an Alice has made their way into Wonderland once again. I saw one for myself," The card guard explains. The Queen remains silent for a while but then speaks in an enraged tone.
"And why didn't you capture them?" The Queen questions, angrily.
"You don't understand, y-your highness, The Alice had company. If I tried to capture them at that moment, their friends would've stopped me. I had to come back so I could inform you and prepare the capture," The card guard stammers. The Queen sighs and stands up, turning to the vast stained-glass window behind her throne.
"Fine then. I'll let you off for now. I will order other various guards for the Alice's capture. I will not have any outsiders roaming around freely in my land. Now tell me, what does the Alice look like?" The queen asks.
"Well, the Alice is male. He has brown hair and eyes and wears a light-blue jacket and grey jeans with a black bowtie. But, one of his friends gave him a disguise in case he is identified by anybody. He and his friends are also heading for the Cook's home, so you can send guards there," The card guard explains.
"Hmm...so this Alice is male and is wearing light-blue. Well, the blue part is obvious. All of the Alices that have fallen here have worn light-blue. I can only guess it's as a result of the curse trying to single out the newcomers. There's no need to describe the disguise since I trust my best guards to identify an obvious masquerade. You may leave now. I shall send a group of card guards to the Cook and have others search around Wonderland as a precaution and put up posters of his description," The queen states. As the card guard is about to leave, the queen speaks to him once more.
"Hold up. Do you have any idea what this Alice's name is?" The queen asks.
"Um...it was kind of hard to listen in without getting caught by them. But I think his name is...Bryan," The guard informs.
"Oh...ok then. You may leave now," The queen says, giving the card guard permission to leave. As the guard walks out, the queen sits back into her throne and rests her head on her arm as she thinks.
"Bryan...why does that name feel...different?" The queen wonders.
Bryan and the others stand outside the door as Dum scans the interior of the house through a window.
"Ok...I don't see Duchess but Cook is in there," Dum informs.
"Alright Bryan, make sure you keep this disguise on until we leave Cook's home. You're ok around the other denizens of Wonderland. They're all too coward to rat you out to the queen. Duchess though...totally different story," Helpy explains.
"Ok, gotcha," Bryan says.
Dum knocks on the door and a voice inside allows them to enter.
"Come on in," It says. The door opens as the gang walks in.
"Oh, well if it isn't the Tweedle Twins and little Helpy. How are you guys doing?" Cook asks. Bryan looks at her with surprise.
"Ballora?" Bryan thinks to himself.
"And who's this?" Cook wonders.
"Oh...um...it's kind of a long story. But basically-," Helpy begins to speak but is interrupted by the door swinging open.
