It has been a month or so since I had passed out after trying to use my blood art. After staying on this floor for so long, I have started to witness things that usually wouldn't be noticed. I think I found a way to tell day vs night, though it is still unknown for sure. Well at a certain time, even though it's always lit up because of the crystals on the roof, the strange animal looking monsters all start to sleep, that is when I consider it to be night. I then mark up a spot of rock on the cliff side that I set up as my camp, in honor of that beautiful deer I had put out of its misery a month ago. I have been gathering plenty of supplies for the road, such as a makeshift hide bag, plenty of food both meat and edible plants. They have almost every plant my old world did. So I didn't have to tell which we're edible and which weren't. The only difference is that they all had mismatched taste to plant. For example I found a plant that looked like a grape yet it tasted like eggplant and I found a plant that looked like an eggplant but tasted like a grape. Some other swapped fruits I have encountered so far are, apple and tomato, potato and pineapple, lemon and banana, corn and green beans, and coconut and cocoa. I have not only been gathering supplies, I have been training my blood art so now after a whole month I can put it away and use it for about 20 minutes before passing out from exhaustion, if I use it for too long and pass out even when I wake up I still won't be able to use it for I little bit. I think it has something to do with this mana stuff, but I have zero clue, it's a kind feeling. You can feel it leaving your body, it feels like a balloon that has so much air it's about to pop, then someone releases the end of the balloon and all the air starts to leave the balloon. That's what it feels like, and I'm thinking that the reason it takes a while is because this mana stuff takes a while to regenerate, like after the air is out you have to blow it back up again, and with a lot training you can learn to control how much mana to release at a time, like how much to release the end of the balloon, prolonging the amount of time before the "air" runs out. I think I'm ready for the real journey now, this place is hella weird, but living here for a month I'm kind of going to miss this place. So after a whole month of training, gathering, exploring, learning, and preparing, I stand at the gate on the other side of the forest, ready to begin my journey for real!

"Ok, I'm finally ready for you!"

"It's time for theupper floors!"
