My cheeks flush, my hands immediately traveling from my mouth over to them. The distance between us isn't as close as it usually is and that makes me kind of shocked.

"Thanks"
I manage to say, the lump in my throat making it hard to talk at all. What is this thing I'm feeling? Why do I feel so embarrassed and nervous?

The half smile plastered on Harry's plump lips turns into a grin, flashing his bright green eyes, his hands stuffed into his pockets as we both stand there frozen.

"Excuse me, are you Ms. Drake?"
A middle aged man pops his head in between Harry and I, a grin on his face as he politely asks me.

"Yes"
I immediately look his way and simply say, nodding with the smile which I hadn't been able to get rid off for the past minute or so.

"Great.. I believe the event will be starting in less than an hour.."
His eyes travel towards the wrists watch wrapped around his hand and continues.

"In twenty five minutes to be exact"
He finally looks up at me, his brows raised as if he seems unsure.

My eyes unintentionally land on Harry, his eyes pinned on me but I immediately focus back at the gentleman and I nod, smiling.

I can't say I'm not dying in the inside. I don't know if my aunt is gonna show up but I hope she does. An hour ago I was certain but now I'm just doubting everything. I'm frightened.

The man disappears, all my attention going back on the extremely attractive boy standing in front of me.

"Do you think my aunt is gonna show?"
I nervously ask, and look down at my fingers to start chewing on my nails but I realize that they're done and pretty so I can't ruin it. Ugh why.

"Yeah she will.. Don't worry"
Harry reassuringly says, a smile plastered on his face.

I look down to the marble floor, shifting in my spot and lick my lips. I real felt awkward and I couldn't think of anything to say. That never happens with a guy like Harry.

"I just hope she'll be here by the time the party starts.. Why won't she answer any of my messages or calls?"
I annoyingly ask, checking the screen of my phone once more to see if there is any news about my invisible aunt but no.

Harry definitely senses the nervousness and he steps closer to me, his fingers wrapped around my wrists, lightly shaking my hands to get my attention.

"Chill.. I'm sure she wouldn't want to miss a party she planned"
He chuckles and let's go of my hands, letting them drop to my sides again and I just flash a smile not able to say anything else.

"I need to go upstairs one last time before the guests arrive"
I imply, looking back to the elevator I had existed from earlier and once I look back, Harry is walking away looking at a tall girl with an extremely short dress and all I do is laugh and shake my head.

With that, I rush towards the elevator, my dress going everywhere. Once I check my phone, it's 5:45 which means that the guests will be arriving in fifteen minutes.

I hop into the elevator, panting as I watch the numbers change every two seconds and the doors open once it's the level I'm in.

I lift my dress, running to my hotel room, my heels loudly clicking but I try to ignore it. I use the card to unlock the door and once I hear a beep sound, I'm in.

I shut the door behind me, slowing down as I walk towards the mirror, checking if my makeup or hair is ruined but luckily it's not.

As I'm looking at myself in the mirror, I remember my parents. If they were here, I wouldn't be this nervous. My mom would probably help with my dress, make up and hair and my dad would plan the whole thing.
