2: Decisions
Olivia was thinking.
Usually, Olivia liked thinking. She spent quite a lot of time thinking.
But not now.
The medallion was being completely and utterly useless, for one thing. Occasionally, when pressed, Hephzibah would mutter something stupid like:
Now then, Olivia Green, I hope you will rehearse
Guardian of the Greenwood, it's time to write your verse.
Or
A girl named Olive and a boy named Screech
Were a-wandering through tunnels and caves
Where they could see none of
The light the sun gave.
Sometimes, it wouldn't really rhyme. She'd rasp; Fire and Water, Life and Death, Earth and Air, and the magic which isn't magic.
Somehow, the poetry part seemed familiar to Olivia. She just couldn't piece it together. She knew it was important. It just wasn't helpful yet. She had to figure out something else first. She just didn't know what.
Olivia hated not knowing things.
She had realised she had been close, that night when the TARDIS had gone haywire, and she, Daisy, and Alice had been running to the shed where the TARDIS was kept to heal Tabitha, whom a banister had fallen on top of. The TARDIS, with the confusion of being programed by Felix, started yelling 'HEPHZIBAH! AODH! HEPHZIBAH! AODH!'
Afterwards, she had learnt from Hephzibah that Aodh was The Burner. She knew that part. She knew who The Burner was, and who he is. She knew about the approximate outline of what was going to happen, mirroring what had happened.
But she still got the feeling she was missing something out.
She needed to know more about Felix. The logical answer for that was Sasha. Sasha had claimed she hadn't even known she'd had a brother, but she may know something she hadn't realised, or something she wasn't willing to tell.
Olivia had discovered earlier that morning that Sasha had been asking Luke and Josie about her past. She was clearly curious. Olivia was, too.
