I feel someone hit me on the head with one of my pillows

"Get up you Seraphinaaaaaaaaa" I hear Laura my 10 year old sister say

I groan but don't get out of bed.

I feel her jump on my back and hug me

I pretend to be asleep still but at this point I'm very much awake

Then I jump up and pin her down

"The tickle monsters got you" I say while tickling her

She lets out fits of laughter and begs me to stop

I stop after my hands start to hurt

"Let's go get breakfast" I say to her

She grabs my hand and we walk down the stairs

I smell pancakes lingering through the air

"Good morning my princess's, feeling better Seraphina?" my mom says seeing us sit on the breakfast counter "here you go" she passes us a whole stack of pancakes

"Yes, I think I just had a stomach bug or something." I lie

From the corner of my eye I see Laura soak her pancakes with maple syrup and smile

"What do you planned for today Seraphina?" My dad asks me pouring his coffeE

"I think I'm just hanging out with Sabrina today" I say

Ding dong

I hop off my chair and open the door to see the devil herself.

"Hey Brina" I say as she walks in

"Hey S, Wait are those pancakes?!" She asks either excitement

"Yes Sabrina honey" my mom says "help yourself. How are your aunts?" My mom asks

"Juwst fwine" she says with her mouth full of pancake

I shake my head at her. Honestly who does she think she is I laugh

I grab her arm and drag her up the stairs

"Wait I'm still eating-" she says

"The pancakes can wait" I say to her

"Fineeeee" she says "you look all better! Show me the back"

I lift my shirt and show her what Caliban did for me

"They're almost gone, Wait no funny business last night right?" She asks raising a brow

"Uhh...about that. We had a hot make out session?" I say

She face palms herself

"Ok I'm not going to get mad because I can see why you like him, the looks, the charm, the eyes, the abs, the fact that he saved you, yes I know he has it all but as your friend I really don't want to see you get hurt." She says

"I'm not falling for him. I just like kissing him" I say laughing realising how stupid that sounds

"Uh huh. Sure. Wait you didn't do it last night did you?!" She asked with a disgusted look on her face

"No! Omg no! You see I stop it before it went to far. Then I said we could just cuddle or something, then he went all weird and told me he's not into that kind of stuff. Then he left so I don't know how I feel about him right now." I say frowning

"See what I mean?!! He's not a loyal type. He's a player and even worse right now he's my enemy" she exclaims throwing her arms in the air

Sabrina saying that out loud makes her realise it's true, that he isn't the loyal type or the type to be bound to one person
