I walk back home.
"Leave her alone," I hear him say sternly.
Oh great. Captain Asshole is here. Of course he wouldn't leave her alone with me.
"Oh my," I remark with a small smirk, "We already made plans for tomorrow. Sorry, I wouldn't have done it if I knew it would make you uncomfortable," I say dripping with sarcasm.
He narrows his eyes. "You're not funny, Black."
"And you say you're not homosexual, but you stay with something up your ass so I find it hard to believe," I chuckle.
He approaches me in a huff.
"Uh oh officer. You know, if you die, I'm killing the rest of these useless people," I smirk. "So if you're going to start a fight, you'd better kill me."
The debate on his face is hilarious. Does he really think, for one second, he can actually beat me?
Maybe he could. But he's so rule oriented, he can't bear to just kill me in my sleep. He could shoot me right now.
But he won't. And that's why, inevitably I will kill him, and he will not kill me.
But for a while...it's nice having...what is he? A rival?
Just like people cower in my presence, they blossom in his. We have a similar power, but he uses it to help.
And I do not.
"Can I go home now, officer? Are you unlawfully detaining me?"
He grits his teeth. "You...Black. You don't...you don't have to be this way. You're smart. And strong. Why do you—"
Oh god. Not this again.
"And on that note," I walk away.
"I see good in you, Black! I know I do." He shouts after me, in that dramatic, lawful good way he does everything.
"I don't doubt it," I shout back as I walk away, "I just think you need to get your eyes checked."

I get to my house. I guess I've had enough excitement for one day. I'll go ahead and retire from evil for tonight.
Tomorrow I have date with an idiot. Wonder if Mr. Lawful Good will arrest her or not? He's sure to show up on the scene.
I head to bed. Evil must rest, so I try to be in bed at about 8:30 pm.
I go to sleep, and wake up. I check my Cheerios. Looks like murder on top of arson today.
Oh, what a great start!
I need to purchase accelerant, but that punk at the gas station pees every time I come in there.
I don't want to smell piss this early in the morning.
"Shit," I curse, eating the remaining Cheerios. I turn on the news.
The big city is in chaos, as always. Someone got shot, someone else got stabbed, someone else got ran over.
Florida man did something stupid.
Yknow, the basic news cast. Politics, murder, crime—
"Local law enforcement officials find a body near a small town in Cape Town," I look up.
