CHAPTER 21: Demon

TIME SKIP: 6 hours later

SEOKJIN'S POV

While Yerin and I were watching some movies the door suddenly opened revealing Suho hyung, Yohan and....

"Dad?" I said and he smiled

"Why are you here again?" I asked and he pouts

"Dad stop that's so disgusting" Suho said looking at dad's pouty face

"Hey!" he yelled

"Again we are just stating some facts dad" Yohan said and Yerin laughed, cute

To be honest I always find her actions so cute this past few days, but the thing is it's always the same actions she made. I also get shy around her that much not like two weeks ago where I can get really sassy with her. And every time we practice and she touch my cheeks I always have the urge to do my best not to hurt her, I don't know but I suddenly felt that she was very fragile.

"Back to the topic, why are you here dad?" I asked once more and he sighed

"I am here cause I heard from Suho and Yohan here that there was no much of an avail of succeeding in your training this past few weeks so I bring something" he said before taking out a small test tube.

We look at him all confused

"Was that the potion that mom was suppose to take after I was born" Suho said and he nods

"I thought you've thrown it or make her drink it" he asked and dad sighed

"As much as I want your mother to drink this just to protect her from Kunwoo, she disagree about drinking this and said that I must save this for someone someday" dad explained and the mood suddenly got sad

"I am sorry to ask but what is that and why did she need to drink that?" Yerin suddenly asked and Dad looked at her then to the potion

"This is actually a potion from my father, he gave this to me before he died telling me that I should turn Chunja to a demon to protect her from Kunwoo's curse. I myself very well know what father mean by protect her since being a demon it's hard to put a curse on you that why, but since Chunja doesn't want to I figured that I shouldn't force her to do so" dad explained to Yerin and she nods

"Does that mean, whoever human drink that will turn into a demon?" she asked and all of us nods at her

"Yes, and I want you to drink it, and this time it's not a request nor favor but a command" Dad said and I was shock

"Why would she?!" I asked and dad sighed

"Seokjin if you want her to stay alive then she must do so" dad said and I started to get nervous

"But what if it'll harm her?" I asked

"will You're grandfather will make a potion that can harm your mother?" he asked and I shook my head

"Then it's also safe for Yerin to drink" dad said assuring me, so now the only choice to be made was Yerin's so I look at her

"Will you drink it?" I asked her and she hesitate before nodding

"But why should I?" she asked directly looking to dad

"Kunwoo knows that we are getting ready for everything he will do and he was angry about it, and now that he knew you're the only one that can help Seokjin he now wants you dead, so after hours of deciding I want you to drink this not just for the sake of Seokjin but also for you, I want you to drink this to get stronger, I want you to drink this so that Kunwoo can't pull any curse at you and I want you to drink this for you to touch Seokjin without turning him into a demon" He explained to Yerin and she seemed to be convinced now

"But how will my other side be able to came out when she can't trigger it anymore?" I asked and dad smiled

"You're name and this" he said before pointing to my heart, but Yerin didn't saw it

"What do you mean?" I asked

"Right now the only suggestion is your name, you still claimed her and even though she's a demon now her calling your name can still bring the best of you out, as for the second suggestion, it'll not be helpful right now as I am sure your still confused son but after some days I am sure you'll figure things out by yourself" dad explained and I just sighed

"Now as for you Yerin, are you ready now?" dad asked her and she nods

"Don't worry okay? Nothing will change that much" dad added before Yerin slowly gulped the potion down to her throat

Once she put the test tube down all of us looked at her waiting for any response but she still has her eyes close.

I walk closer to her slowly before calling out for her

"Yerin?" I said and slowly she opened her eyes

Once she did her eyes flash a red one before turning back to her original black colored eye. Which I think a sign that she's one of us now.

"Are you okay now?" I asked her and she looked at me in the eye

"I think so?" she said

"Do you feel anything?" I asked again

"No but I can hear some voices in my mind" she said and I sighed in relief

"Those are our thoughts Yerin, you can read our mind now" Yohan said and she was confused for a second

"You mean like we can send message to each other through telepathy now?" she asked and all of us nods

"Woah" she said and I smiled at her reactions

She took a step out her original stand but then tripped making her fall but luckily I caught her, making our eyes lock and her hold on me tightly as I grasp her waist afraid she might hurt herself

"And I can now be near you" she whispered and I was flustered by what she said making my heart beat so fast.....

Is this what dad means by pointing at my heart a while ago? Cause if so I think I knew what it means already....

I think I already like her....
