The Mikaelsons had decided to move back into the old mansion they had in mystic falls. Hope and Alex had told them about the dragon and thus they had decided to stick around for a while.
Alex was angry with Hope, but she didn't show it. frankly it had gotten to the point where she just expected Hope to stab her in the back.
She had skipped classes for the morning not wanting to be around anyone. Her head was buzzing and frankly she was exhausted and wanted nothing more than to sleep the day away. But that plan quickly went out the window when a note floated down just as she came back from a run.
"what is it" Alex scoffed as she walked into the library to see Lizzie, Josie, Hope and Alaric
"I volunteered everyone so stop compiling. Your lucky that it's just community service and not actual jail time" Alaric carried on ignoring how late Alex was
Alex rolled her eyes, she saw Hope moving to make room for her to stand. Deciding against it Alex stood next to Josie. The Saltzman twins gave each other a look before Lizzie turned back to her dad.
"can I at least offer a rebuttal in my defence if it pleases the court?" Lizzie huffs and Alaric motions for her to go on
"my response was totally proportional considering the levels of abuse that I was forced to endure and secondly if anyone should take the blame its Josie" Lizzie said looking at her sister
Hope chuckled whereas Alex and Josie eyes both widen
"what?" Josie said in disbelief
"I totally cracked during cross, but if you had just let Kaleb catch the ball-"
"you'd still be in trouble" Alaric cut her off
"but nice job throwing your sister under the bus"
"yeah good one Lizzie" Alex scoffs glaring at Hope slightly
"thank Ally, Hope" Josie said then looking back at Lizzie who looked betrayed
"speaking of, the bus leaves in ten minutes and I expect all four of you to be on it, working together today, harmoniously and without drama" Alaric says.
Alex rolls her eyes and leaves the room with the twins, she has 10 minutes to get changed and put something on that's community service worthy. She opts for Black skinny jeans and a dark blue off the shoulder lightly cropped top, with the schools logo on it. finished with a pair of heeled boots and a leather jacket.

"So, what did you two do? my dad never gets mad at you. You're the prodigal daughters must have been juicy" Lizzie sing songs as she follows Alex and Hope off the bus
"sorry no time for girl talk. Public service awaits" Hope quipped as she stood to the side with Alex. Alex stood a few feet further away than she would have normally earning a few strange looks from the other students
