Alex was on her way to the main hall as Alaric has called an emergency meeting
She saw Hope waving her over and went to go sit with her. Alex looked around to see if she could see a certain wolf but he wasn't anywhere.
"looking for someone" Hope whispered to her
"shut up" Alex playfully nudged her sisters' side
"given our recent influx of monsters, Sheriff Donovan and I have decided we need to take drastic action. Please given him your full attention" Alaric addresses the students as he steps to the side
Matt then takes to the podium "Like Dr. Saltzman was saying, local girls Dana and Sasha didn't come home last night. Dana sometimes skips town for a few days to party, but this is a first for Sasha" Matt finishes and a few whispers can we heard among the students
"thank you, sheriff Donovan. Now while the knife is away with Dorian and things are quiet on his end, it won't hurt to assume the worst. Now, I'll need a few of you to volunteer to go to Mystic Falls under the guide of an exchange program meant to improve relations between our schools, which, unfortunately, is necessary, given recent events. Now, I give you permission to compel them, to gather materials form locator spells, because any information we can get will make all the difference." Alaric finishes
Alex face lights up. She still has friends in the local high school, not that Alaric knows that. Hope looked at her sister with a puzzled looked but after a few moments her eyes widened in realisation.
Lizzie steps up in front of everyone "Well, I guess that I can set aside my differences with Dana for a day, because that is what heroes do. So... I volunteer as tribute."
"alright Katniss" Alex whispers and a few students chuckle around her
Kaleb and MG stand up and volunteer
"Count us in" Hope and Alex both stand up and say in unison.

The school pulls up to the local high school and everyone steps out.
Alex spots a few people she knows and insatiately makes her way over.
"hey hey!" Alex wraps her around Jess's shoulders giving her a kiss on the cheek
"ALEX!" Jess beams and pulls her long time friend into a tight hug
"do my eyes deceive me or is that Ally" Ben walks over with Jay
"the one and only" Alex smirks as she's pulled into a tight hug. And if she wasn't supernatural the two would have crushed her bones.
"where is Alex" Lizzie scoffs and Hope points over to the group
