Thirty One

Two weeks. Two weeks you had been stuck in this jail cell. Now, you were out. Actually, you could be out. But for that to happen you had to go
out into the court and proclaim yourself a god rather than a demon. Which meant one thing. You would become immortal. Which meant you couldn't be with Rin. Which meant that you would face the wrath of Zues.

Which meant you couldn't be on Earth withour having everyone's memories of tou erased. Which meant you would be alone. A guard walked down the line of cells before unlocking the cell and grabbing you. He pushed you towards the door which would lead you to the court. You breathed heavily as you forced you to a podium. On a box so high up, if there were water underneath and you fell down you would have died before impact.

"Ms. [L/N], do you know why you are here?" the leader of the council asked you.

"Yes." you said nodding your head.

"What do you plead?"

"Not guilty."

"But you are guilty. Guilty of murdering thiry accounts of exorcist, destroying countless temples, monastaries, and civilian homes, and assulting an Exwire from True Cross Academy."

"I'm not guilty! That was not me! I didn't do anyting! I've just been learning. Learning about how to be an Exorcist. I want to become a Knight, a Dragoon, a Tamer, a Chanter, a Doctor. I want to become all of them, so I can save all of you."

"Save all of us? From what? And do not say the Godly Demon Cause or any Greco-Roman Demons. The Godly Demon Cause went extinct several hundred years ago during the reign of Uther Pendragon where they were all killed same with all of the Greco-Roman Demons."

"No, they weren't. Do you really believe an entire culture died? Do you really believe that? Well, have you ever looked at me! Have you? Because I'm not the only one out there! And the rest of them are plotting our demise! They want to destroy Olympus to create a new order! And the only way to do that will be to sacrifice Rin Okumura's body."

"If that will happen, then it's good. The Son of Satan can be finally dealt with."

"You all are really pathetic! You really are you know! This world is in danger, and you're not doing anything about it! How could any of you call yourself exorcists or protectors of this world? Don't you understand what they're trying to do. What their cause will happen to this world!" You waited. Waited for a much needed dramatic entrance. "This world will die! If they suceed, this world will die which means billions of people will die, and it will start at scratch!"

"If what you say is true, then how can they accomplish that?"

"Because they have ELII." And that is when shit hit the fan.
