"Hahaha, I'll never get you two," my mom calls.

"We know," I smiled  back to my mom.

My dad is driving, mom is in the passenger seat, and my  little sister and brother are in the seat in front me.  Me and my twin are sitting side by side in the very back seat reading stories off her tablet and using them to help write a story on my laptop.  My boyfriend is to my left watching us.  Me and my twin, Nyx, are in our  own little world and the next thing I know everything is dark.

The  next time I open my eyes I'm in a hospital room.  I sit myself up and  feel dizzy.  I fight back my nausea and stand up. Just than a doctor walks in.

"Hey!  What are you doing?!  Sit down."

"Nyx, mom, dad, Rico, Nila, Monte?  Where are they?!"

"Calm down, lets have a cup of coffee and than I will answer all of your questions."

"Quit with the bs and just answer the question."

"Okay. I'll be frank.  The grey mustache guy and the girl that wears glasses where found dead on site.  The black haired boy died on the way here.  As for  the blonde girl and the boy that looks like her twin they are in  ICU.  The white haired girl is in a room right down from yours"

"Take me to there now."

"Um... no."

"I wasn't asking."

"Man your a pain.  Come on I'll take you to the white haired girl."

He grabs a wheelchair and takes me to the door and I get up slowly and go in.  I slowly walk over to where i could see the bed. As soon as I see Nyx, I rush over.  I instinctively wrap my arms  around her.  She groans in pain, but I just hug her tighter.

"R-Rose  your crushing me."  I let go and look at her through teary eyes.

"Mom, dad, and Monte are dead."

She stares at me with dead eyes. Than she speaks.

"What about Rico and Nila?"  "They're--"

"They're in ICU.  They seem to be stable, but their both in comas.  And since we couldn't separate them because they've been holding hands since we got them from  the crash site their one room.  It's likely that if they wake up they will have no memory from before the moment they wake up," interrupted the doctor.

I turn and look at him.  Now that I actually observe his appearance he looks strange.  He has a lab coat on like a doctor, but under his lab coat he's wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans.  His hair and eyes are abnormal for his other physical features also. He has silver hair and  yellow eyes, but he's tan and looks to be in his early twenties.

~Wait... Rose how are you in my head?!~
~No I'm not! Your in mine?!~

Nyx and I look at each other simultaneously. We laugh and think ~Cool~ at the same time. 

The doctor coughs to get our attention. We count to three and ask him together.

"Hey doc, what's your name?"

"Your connection must be complete which means they'll be here soon.  We need  to run."

"What? Why?"

"Stop talking together,  You two sound like those  creepy twins in horror movies. Now lets go."

Before we can object the doctor grabs us and throws us out the window.  He follows shortly.  He starts running and we converse in our heads whether or not  to go with him.

~Should we follow him?~
~Why not? I mean we've lost our mom, dad, my boyfriend, and our little siblings are in comas.~
~Just when I was starting to like that family.~
~We better take off before we get taken back.~
~Okay. Well lets go then.~

We take off after him and catch up in no time. The three of us ran.  To where? We didn't know we're just following the stranger we just meet. Why? It's our best option at the moment.  Plus if the whole our lives are in danger was really true than maybe he could help. At least be bait so we can run away. Besides the only thing we were really thinking about right now is... Man, we are so totally hungry right now.
