Third POV

Percy, Rachel and Chloe had all stuffed themselves into Chloe's truck and said short haired brunette drove off quickly. She decided to take them to the beach instead of the junkyard. Percy would like the beach more and it would calm him down so she didn't have to worry about him flipping a car over. Seriously, Percy is crazy strong when he's mad. One time, he pushed over one of those mini slide things because a boy was teasing him about not being able to climb up. He was five. Rachel looked awkward. She wasn't exactly uncomfortable, but it was weird being squished up against a guy she had just met ten minutes ago and the first thing he did was snap off and nearly kill a man.

Once they made it to the beach the stepped out of the truck and the two girls watched as Percy made his way down to the water. Rachel and Chloe decided to give him some space and wait on the hood of the car. The watched as he took of his shoes and socks and let the water touch his toes. He didn't want to use any of his powers in Arcadia Bay so when the water came up and hit his legs he willed them to stay wet. Just the presence of the water instantly calmed him down. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes. The smell of the sea breeze filled my nose and erased all of my thoughts. It was just me and the ocean.

"Not that I'm complaining, but why the beach? Why not take him to the the junkyard so he could break stuff?" Chloe shook her head. "Not his type. Percy is a calm before the storm kinda guy. You won't know he's pissed until he explodes and after everything has settled down and he's calm the only thing the prove he was angry was the destruction he left behind. The beach calms him down. It's his favorite place in the world." Rachel nodded. Twenty minutes later and Chloe decided to go check on Percy.

"Calm now?" Chloe asked appearing next to him. He looked over at his female best friend in confusion. "You've been over here for twenty minutes. Figured you'd be calm." Chloe said. He made an oh face causing Chloe to laugh. "Yea, guess I am calm." He shrugged. "Good, I was kinda scared." Someone said next to him. Rachel had stepped up to his left side. He looked over as she placed an elbow on his shoulder. "Though that was awesome. Didn't think a fourteen year old could take down a grown man, especially a war vet." I smiled sheepishly, but internally I was laughing. David was strong, but he had nothing on Ares.

Rachel looked around for something to do. She could see that Percy was still tense so she wanted to help him unwind. It was then that she spotted a secluded part of the beach where no one seemed to go. She gained a smile and grabbed the two other teens hands.

"Follow me." She said as she started to drag them. "Uh, I don't know Rach. Percy doesn't know you so he doesn't know your wild ideas. Spare him." Chloe begged, but Rachel simply laughed. She dragged them to the secluded part of the beach and on to the rocks. By the time they were done walking they were completely out of sight of anyone. Rachel stopped and turned to Percy and Chloe with a devious smirk on her lips. Chloe became nervous and Percy got an odd sense of attraction. Is this what people saw when he had a crazy idea or decided to do something he knew he shouldn't be doing? Cause it was hot.

"Let's go skinny dipping." Rachel said mischievously. The other two paled considerably. "What!" They yelled. "Nope, not doing it. No way." Percy said with a bright red face. "Oh come on, don't cha wanna see two hot girls naked?" Rachel teased. Percy's face got darker than before and he started sputtering. Chloe decided to save Percy and spoke up. "Rachel, what are  you thinking?" Rachel smiled and started taking off her shirt. "Percy is obviously still upset. I just wanna help distract him. What better than doing something crazy in his favorite place." She said. She had dropped he shirt on a rock and started on her pants.

Chloe sighed in annoyance. She knew that at this point Rachel wouldn't stop. Plus her logic was pretty solid. By now Rachel was down to her underwear and was unclipping her bra. Chloe looked to a very much embarrassed Percy and offered a nervous and apologetic smile.

"Sorry perce. There's no stopping her. Her logic is slightly insane, but it's solid. We might as well go along with it just to get it over with. Plus, she's right. What better way to distract you?" She said with a wink and started to undress. First went her jacket, then her shirt and bracelets. Now don't get Percy wrong. He's not uncomfortable or embarrassed with seeing Chloe nude. He's known her for years and the two has taken multiple baths and showers together. So much to the point where they don't see anything wrong with it. As they always said, 'We've already seen each other naked. Other than certain things getting bigger, nothing has changed so why would we?' so Percy isn't too worried about Chloe.

No, it's Rachel he's worried about. He knows Chloe won't say anything about his body accept maybe a few comments about his new scars. Rachel on the other hand. He doesn't know her. She's a foreigner in his bubble and she's getting too comfortable too fast. However, Percy also wasn't one to exactly care about what others thought about him and if they had something to say they'd be in for a verbal lashing. Also, she was Chloe's friend so how different could she be? With that in mind Percy also started to take of his clothes. First his blue hoodie then his shirt.

By now Rachel was completely nude and her body was hidden under the water. Chloe had just taken off her boots and now was working on her pants. A few seconds later Percy was in his underwear along with Chloe. The two looked at the floating Rachel who was watching the two with an interested smile. They gave her a 'Well!?' look and she raised her hands in a defensive nature before covering her eyes and turning away. The two dry teens looked to each other before sighing and stripping the last of their clothes off and hopping into the water. Chloe shivered at the flash of cold that assaulted her nerves while Percy sighed in content and relief.
