Chapter 30: Train Ride

Third Person Pov.

After Lucy and Natsu gathered what they needed for the mission. All four of them headed off to the train station. Lucy was carrying Sweet like she would do with Plue (sorry if it misspelled). Happy was flying ahead with Natsu. Natsu was excited to go on a mission with just them basically. He couldn't help but feel fired up for the mission. Even if it mean suffering through a train ride.

Natsu Pov.

We boarded the train and found our seats. I was excited for this mission! I can't wait for this mission to get started! I watched Lucy sit across from me while holding Sweet. I was about to say something when someone sits next to Lucy. I growled and asked "What are you doing here Ice Princess!?" Gray smirks at him and replied "Master asks me and Erza to join you two on this mission."
I pale when I realized Erza sat down next to me. "WHY WOULD MA-" I started to yell but couldn't cause the train started moving along. "Where's Wendy?"I hear Lucy ask. "She went on a mission with Romeo." Erza informs her. I wished that stupid ice princess would move so I could sit next to Luce.

Erza Pov.

When we were riding the train, Natsu kept shooting Grey a glare. I just shook my head with amusement at this. This boy still doesn't understand his feeling for her completely yet. He understands he loves her more then a friend. Just not fully sure as what. His body understands it though. My face hardened some when I remember why master told us to tag along.

~Flashback~

"Erza, Gray. Come here both of you." Master ordered us. Both me and Gray gave each other a look before walking over to him. When we both reached him, I noticed Mira squealing happily. I glanced around and didn't see any of hers.... What she calls them again... ah ships! I don't understand why ships are involved with people life's. But I do know something going on with one of them. "Natsu took on a mission with Lucy" Master informs us. I nodded but freezes when I realize what he said to me. I was about to say something when Gray beat me to it. "He be going into heat in twenty four hours!" He yelled out. Causing the whole guild freeze. Natsu heat wasn't something to mess with. We had to hold him up in a room to stop him going after females. Manly blonde ones that symbolize Lucy some. Gajeel and Wendy has to explain to us on what's was going on to him. He always forget about it for the last four years. This make five years in a row he forgotten about it! "I know Gray, that's why you two will go with them. It's an order from me. Lucy might not even know about this. Blizzard could have forgotten about it or didn't think it be any use for her to actually to know." Master informed us about it. "That's why both of you two are going with them to keep it safe for Lucy and keep Natsu under controlled." He said with sigh. "Of course master!" I said with determination in my voice.

~ Back to the Present ~

I was watching Gray and Lucy talk about ice magic. Apparently they been getting very close sense they share type of magic together. I smile at them, happy that things are going back to normal for us. I glanced at Natsu and pale some. He was glaring at Gray with such intensity that it sent a shiver down me. The shiver caught Lucy eyes, cause now she looking at me with worry. I tried to smile at her but couldn't bring myself to do it. All I can think about now is Can we protect Lucy and keep Natsu under controlled?

Happy Pov.

Me and Sweet was watching the land go by us. I would have been more involved in the conversation that was going on, but Natsu is sending off a aura that probably would make people think he's evil over good. I kinda have an idea about why Erza and Gray is here. If I remember correctly Natsu heat should start up soon. Maybe they are worried about Lucy. I'm kinda worried about it but I trust what Pantherlily told me. Should I mention this to Erza. I probably will when we find our hotel. We be arriving pretty late in the town we be going to. I glanced behind me and chuckle at the sight. Natsu glaring at Gray that's talking to Lucy. While Erza is eating a cake with a nervousness written onto her face. Then I slowly look at sweet and shake my head when I noticed that she's asleep. This train ride won't be boring at least.
