"Reem! Isn't this the time for your first class?? Don't you wanna go?" Anushka said.

"Ohh yess! Thank god you reminded me of it nahi toh mai toh jaati kaamse.... Vaise jaijeet kahan hai?" reem posed her question.

"Aree sab usse jai bulate hain tu kis khushi me jaijeet jaijeet kar rahi hai? Aur avu teri bhi toh English ki class hai anu ke saath! Mera block free hai toh mai reem aur jai ko class pohocha deti huu.... You both goo and reem you come with me. " Ashnoor said and pulled reem away. She took this as a chance to tell reem about her powers and her recent convo with Angie.

"but dii this is unbelieveable....i mean...fairopia? You sure you aren't hallucinating? Sar pe chot vot toh nahi lagii ?" Reem just wouldn't believe her!

"Ree dekh! I decided to tell you this because it concerns avu,okay? Now if you don't believe me look at this locket...ye bhi toh Angie ne hi diya hai naa! Aur isko haath me sirf tu aur mai le sakte hai...you won't believe naa! Waitt" Ashnoor tried her best to make reem believe.

While they were walking, a PS (permanent staff) came to ashnoor and told her that the guidance counsellor wanted to see her,her twin,some jaijeet singh and handed her a sheet of paper.

" Acha didi! Ek kam kar do,ek baar is locket ko haat laga ke dekho naa....mujhe lag raha hai tut gaya hai" Ashnoor lied. She wanted reem to believe her at anyy costt.

As soon as the PS moved her hand towards the locket, it started shining bright red and ashnoor's finger started paining real bad as it turned red. She showed her finger to reem. When the hand was just a few centimeters away from the locket, the locket made a magical protective bubble around it and the hand was jerked back! Ashnoor apologised to the PS, took the sheet of paper from her and went away. Then she told reem to touch the locket and absolutely nothing happened.

"Ye kya thaa?" Reem questioned herself.

"Told ya!" Ashnoor said as she checked the sheet of paper.

Hi Ashnoor and Anushka!
I wanted to see you both in my office as i wanted to talk about Avneet. Please be here as soon as you see this and bring along her brother and any other person she regards as her friends along. Dont worry...I will talk to your professors so they won't give you detention for missing their lectures.
Meet me ASAP.

Guidance counsellor.

"I guess we should be there asap. Reem, you go and call jai, i'll see anushka."Ashnoor instructed reem.

"No dii...you call jai, i'll go to anu dii...i don't know jai konse mood me hai and mujhe usse ladne ka koi shauk nahi hai" Reem said. She had indeed known jai pretty well in a really short span of time....like really short😂.

"Okay okay fine you go!" Ashnoor said and they parted ways.

Reem texted an SOS to Anushka so that she would manage avneet and come to the GC office while ashnoor found jai in the cafeteria, sipping a hot chocolate he really needed to calm his nerves down.

All of them met at the GC office.

I don't know why and where Anu went away so hurriedly but she was pretty worried so let it be i'll ask her later.

I seriously don't understand why my life takes so many twists and turns i mean...what?!

I was finally feeling better after talking to tunisha but no! God has something else planned for me! He had to make me face social awkwardness. And guess what happened?! I bumped into jai first as soon as i got out of the room and then I saw Reem! My reaction to her arrival wasn't already in place and to top it all off, i again had to crash into a well built body and....help him not to fall? I had to have this awkward accident with that hazel eyed guy! His eyes looked so bright and happy. No worries, no fears, just genuineness.

Anddd that avni! Where are you hiding noww?? Us time toh bohot ooh ooh kar rahi thi! Where'd she go noww?? I'll see her after this english class. The professor isn't here yet....and most of all the seat next to me is empty and ANYBODY can come and sit here! Which means I'll have to sit with someone unknown! Why god whyy??

Well, dear avu, two souls don't cross each other JUST by accident!

The seat next to Avneet was empty and she didn't want anyone to sit with her.....BUT to her luck! Siddharth had the same class as hers anddd......he came and sat down with her.

Come on people! I write expected and cliché things at times too! Har baar unexpected thodi chalegaa!?🤷🏼‍♀😂

"Err..Hii! Siddharth." Sidd said as he extended his hand forward to Avneet.

Make new friends make new friends make new friends was the only thing ringing in avneet's ears.

She, with much effort on her part, extended her hand for a handshake. It couldn't be that bad....afterall siddharth was already anu and noor's friend. Isn't it?

"H-hi.....Av-A-Avneet" she said and sighed. She just couldn't talk to any new person without stuttering.

"Hey are you okay?"

Avneet nodded and tapped the seat next to hers gesturing him to sit there. Siddharth shrugged, he lowered his shoulder as his bag sloppled down and sat beside Avneet.

He smiled at Avneet and she passed the smile back. Not a genuine one just yet.

Towards the end of the lecture, anushka was still nowhere in sight and Avneet and Siddharth found themselves to be working together in a play they have to put up with two other people from the class as a part of the university's integrated learning programme. They had to learn any one scene from a play called THE PROPOSAL and perform it in front of the class.

Avneet was really scared and nervous regarding the play because her memory wasn't really cooperating with her these days and speaking in front of like 40 people! She'd rather die!

"Don't you worry Avneet, i am sure we can do it together!" sidd said as they gathered their things and made their way towards the door of the room.

"Siddharth, i-i don't t-think i will be a-able to speak in front of s-so many p-people" Avneet didn't want siddharth to fall short in anything just because of her.

" I know you can do it! We will rehearse well and you will nail it! Believe me!" siddharth tried to cheer her up. He knew very well that if avneet spoke like that in front of him, her voice won't even dare to come out in front of 40 people. He had to boost her confidence.

Avneet decided to tell tunisha about it...maybe her therapy could help?
