"How can you say that this is a good thingg? I'll have to perform in front of the whole class! How can you even think I can do that?" Avneet said to Tunisha. She had been pacing in the room enacting everything that has been happening with her.

"Godd Avneet why can't you understand this is a great opportunity to prove yourself!" Tunisha said for the nth time ever since.

"And what if I don't want to?"

"And why will you not want to?"

"because I don't!" Avneet cribbed. She just couldn't let herself be mocked by the whole class and that too in front of siddharth.

Why? She herself didn't know.

"Elaborate"

"I don't want to prove myself in anny thing. Kisko kya prove karuu maii?! I cannot speak in front of you correctly and fluently and you believe I can perform in front of the whole batch? I don't want to get mocked by any more people especially in front of siddharth!" She blabbered without thinking and instantly slapped her hand on her mouth when realisation struck her.

"So we're doing this now, are we?" Tunisha smirked

"No-no! I m-mean wh-what are y-you talking about? I-i don't want to b-be mocked in front of anyone! Y-yes yes! " Avneet said to Tunisha or rather convinced herself.

"Who's Siddharth?"

"No-one"

"C'mon Avneet it's not like i am going to eat you up!?"

"okay fine he's one of Anushka and Ashnoor's friends, Reem's brother and you only told me to befriend their friends!"

"You like him naa? Ofcourse you do! If not... Why will you not want yourself to be mocked in front of him. obviously!" Tunisha rubbed her hands.

"She couldn't even answer him properly she kept asking stupid questions!" Avni said.

"So you agree I'll be mocked right! You agree! You just said! You are doing this so that I get mocked na! And avni you! You toh shut up and bada chilla rahi thi naa! Hooo hooo! that's what you were doing right! You both want me to get mocked! I don't even want to talk to you both I-I'll get myself out of this university! Yes! That's what I will do! "Avneet cried.

Avneet picked her bag up and started to move towards the door.

"Avneet waittt! Its not like that! I will never want you to get mocked or embarrassed. Please sit down and listen to me." Tunisha tried to convince her.

Avneet looked at her hopefull and pleading eyes, reluctantly dropped her bag and slumped down the furry chair.

"What?"

"Why don't you want to be embarrassed in front of siddharth?"

"because I just befriended him and i felt really nice to be friends with anyone after so long and i don't want him to think that i am a psycho or something and which may lead to him breaking our friendship........" Avneet continued and told everything that siddharth told her, all the life lessons she got from him. A-Z. Every-thing.

"I don't know why is he doing this? What is his motive? What does he want from me? I don't have anything to give to him! I have lost my everything." Avneet said sadly.

"Why do you think ki koi wajah hogi? Koi aise hi dost nahi ban sakta kyaa?"

"Kyuki bina kisi matlab ke koi kisi se rishte nahi banata."

"Acha tell me one thing..... Siddharth se jab tum baat karti ho toh what do you see in his eyes? I mean what feeling?"

"dosti? I guess?" Avneet shrugged.
