I stirred in my sleep after hearing Bellamy and Clarke's conversation.

I tried to go back to sleep, which failed miserably before turning over and waking up Hope. "Get your stuff, we gotta go." Hope nodded and got up. "Hey, Bellamy! Clarke! Be ready to leave in 10 minutes!" Gabriel said loudly, but not quite a yell, loud enough for the other pair to hear.

Bellamy and Clarke continued to chat about who knows what while following Hope and I.

We found our way into a clearing after a few hours. We all decided we should take a break. Hope went off to a stream while Bellamy and Clarke watched intensely, as if breaking the stare would give her an opportunity to run away.

I sat down in front of a tree and tried my hardest to get some rest, knowing we had a whole day ahead of us.

At some point I must have drifted off, because next thing I knew, Bellamy was shaking me awake and it was dark outside. I stood up quickly, a little too quickly.

"What the hell, Bellamy?" Bellamy backed off confused. "How long was I out for?!" "Maybe, 4 hours. 5 if your pushing it."

I stared Bellamy down intently. "You realize we just wasted a whole day? A whole day behind on getting Octavia back!"

I tried to hide my anger but it did no good. "We can walk in the dark. All of us got sleep, we've got energy," Bellamy suggested. I thought about it for a moment before deciding it was the best option.

Hours later, by dawn we arrived on the edge of a forest that had a green aura. I studied the group before announcing, "Everyone remember what I said? DO NOT follow anyone that's not in this group right now!" Everyone nodded while taking deep breathes and gulps.

I lead the group into the forest and the visions began almost immediately. As always, I saw Josephine. However, this time it was different. It was Josephine but in Octavia's body. Taking over her body and killing her mind.

I gasped a little before remembering my own revelation. This isn't real, Gabe. She's not real.

I wasn't very good at convincing myself, but good enough. The group trudged through whatever the hell they were seeing and made it on the other side.

I heard Clarke scream from the back of the group. "NO, LEXA." before she began to sprint for the anomaly.

Bellamy tackled her, mere meters from the anomaly. She kicked and screamed to try and go in but Bellamy easily over-powered her.

I could hear him whispering something to her which seemed to calm her mind. The two stood up and returned to Hope and I.

Bellamy held Clarke close, probably to stop her from running away again and she had her head buried in his chest.

This entire time I hadn't really come up with a plan. I scanned the group and a lightbulb went off when I saw Hope.

"Bellamy, Clarke. You two need to stay here, in case we don't come back." I signaled to Hope and I.

Bellamy was ready to protest but looked at Clarke and nodded in my direction. "We have to leave though. She can't stay here." Bellamy told me.

I waved goodbye as the other pair left the woods, Clarke yelling occasionally. "Ok, Hope." I said, turning towards the girl. "You have to lead me through the anomaly to your mother."

Hope simply nodded and took my hand, leading me into the green dust. Then, darkness. Darkness surrounded me as I clinged onto Hope's hand, slowly losing grip.
