So yes, I decided to do this. Some random facts about the books development. Because, in fact, the books could've turned out much differently than they did.

>>> The idea originally came from a random brain storm after a long day. This brain storm was inspired after listening to Dove Cameron's "If Only", and thinking about the movie itself. I really liked the idea of a romance developing through a selfish goal, developing from hate to love, so I tried to make up something similar to that in an UtaPri themed story line. The basic concept was born quite fast, but it was only to keep myself entertained. Day by day, I found myself keep making up this story line, so after a while, the idea of actually writing it popped up in my head. I only stored the idea as a "maybe-one-day". I needed a lot of thinking and motivation to actually start the book and put it up on wattpad.

>>> Originally, the book was to be called "If Only", after the song that inspired it. I even created an early book cover with that title back then.

Later on, this title was changed because I found it unoriginal

Later on, this title was changed because I found it unoriginal. I decided to call it Fate, because in the original plot, their fate or their destiny was to be mentioned many more times, and was like the base of their romance. Later the importance of fate got lower, but I kept the title.

>>> Originally, the reader was really Raging's daughter. I changed that as well, because I found it unrealistic for a father wanting to murder her own daughter for "simple" misbehaving. So Shining became a father to a girl as well, and that's why he was behaving so strange in chapter one.

>>> I was very late to realize that this makes the reader Otoya's sister. I realized it in time, thankfully.

>>> In chapter two, Ai sits by the piano at midnight and the reader finds him hard at work, confused by the recent events. This scene repeats itself in Destiny, just vice versa.

>>> In chapter three, Otoya wanted to ask the reader something, but dropped the question. He wanted to ask her "Have we met before?" He felt like she was familiar - that's because he noticed her features were similar to someone's, not realizing that those similar features were his own ones.
+: In this chapter, I put Reiji really randomly, not realizing that I'm stepping toward making him a main element in the plot.

>>> The reader's dirty plans in chapter four were gonna be a more important element to the story, but that was dropped very early and became a filler.

>>> Ai has started to develop romantic feelings for the reader by the end of chapter five, but never really thought anything of it until later on.

>>> The "flower of forgiveness" was originally important for the ending of the first book. I'll tell you exactly how when I talk about the early plans of the ending. It later pretty much became a symbol of their romance and an important element for their character development.
