I see the white mountains, peaceful ocean and the green forest, It makes me happy, glad and clad.
I keep exploring the silent woods which brings warmth and to my heart.
I hear the chirping of the birds, it makes me cheerful.
But in a single second everything is vanished.
The mountains, the forest, the ocean, vanished.
My happiness, gladness and joy vanished.
The woods were no longer silent,
The birds were no longer chirping,
My heart no longer stayed joyful and peaceful.
My euphoric personality vanished. They were all replaced.
Replaced by the Dark Hill.
Replaced by the Roaring Sea.
Replaced by the Burning Forest.
Replaced by the fiercy woods.
Replaced by the growling beasts.
Replaced by gloom, pain and frustration.
Replaced by extreme darkness
My heart is at a loss of feelings,
My soul is in a deep dark pit.
My body feels weak,
And I feel helpless and restless too.It feels like living in a whirlpool,
Your on the surface bit still drowning,
Your struggling to get away but it's dragging you in.
Dragging you down into its centre, where there is nothing but darkness.
Darkness which is powerful and scary,
Darkness which can never be replaced.
And finally you lose hope.
You give up, give up on struggling.
It forces you to give up.
It forces you to loose your faith in yourself.
It forces you into thinking that you are useless.
It drives out your hope.
It establishes fears and anxiety in you.
All these together drag you deeper and deeper.
Deeper into the pit called DEPRESSION.
