They all marched toward Hart Plaza, thousands of androids with Faye and Connor in the lead. People stared, pointed, screamed as the mob past them. A lot were afraid but many realized that they meant no harm, otherwise they would have taken the recall centres with force by now.

Connor and Faye came to a halt as they saw a group of androids in front of them. The androids had demonstrated peacefully, yet there were androids dead on the ground and many of them standing were hurt. The rest of the androids came to a halt as the two at the front did. The two lovers walked up to Markus, North and Josh. They looked pretty beat up. "You did it, Markus," Connor said.

"We did it," Markus answered making Faye smile down at her boots. If it weren't for her and Connor, the army would have never been called back. "This is a great day for our people. Humans will have no choice now. They'll have to listen to us."

"And they'll hear from me if they don't," Faye stated and Markus nodded in thanks. Then the two who had brought the entire of CyberLife's warehouse to the Hart Plaza stepped aside so Markus and North could take a look.

"We're free." North said and turned towards her lover, their skin deactivated from their hands and they placed the palm of their hands against each other, "they want you to speak, Markus." But Markus didn't care, all he wanted to do was to kiss North. The sounds of cameras taking photographs could be heard from the group of journalists on the other side of the fence. Faye smiled at the two androids, love had no limits. It made her think of her love.

"Finally," Faye turned towards Connor, there were androids and humans that could see them but they didn't have to care about that, because they were free. So without any further words, Faye put her arms around Connor's neck as he placed one hand on the lower part of her back and the other on her cheek as they kissed in front of hundreds of witnesses. The sound of cameras snapping pictures went crazy as the human and android kissed. But they didn't care. They had each other and they didn't have to care about what anyone else thought.

"How do I look?" Faye asked as she turned in the mirror. The detective was wearing a dark grey with blue undertones power suit with a white shirt under it. Her hair was in a low bun and her shoes were high heels with a short heel. It felt strange for her to be this formal, she was used to her bomber jacket and a pair of jeans.

"You look gorgeous," Connor stated as he walked up behind Faye, he placed his hands around her waist and looked his love in the eyes through the mirror.

"Well, you have to say that." Faye shrugged.

"You look terrible," Connor said instead.

"Hey!" Faye gave him a light elbow in the stomach.

"A joke," Connor called back to the very first conversation he had ever had with Faye. It made Faye nostalgic but also pained her. Back then, Connor was still a machine, a slave. Connor understood it from the sorrowful look in the hazel eyes, "hey, I'm fine now. That's all that matters."

"Yeah," Faye nodded as she swallowed her sadness, if the person who had been a slave had dealt with it then she should too.

"What about me?" Connor changed the topic to cheer the ash-blonde up, "how do I look?" He mimicked Faye's tone as he pretended to pose with his shoulders.

"Amazing." Faye rolled her eyes. Connor was wearing a black suit, white shirt with a tie matching the colour of Faye's suit. "Just one thing." Faye suddenly had something mischevious in her eyes. She started looking through her bag something.

"What are you looking for?" Connor asked as he tried to peer over Faye's shoulder. She didn't answer but after a moment more of searching, she turned around.
