✰ Chapter Two ✰

"That's poison ivy and that's poison ivy" Stanley said pointing at two Different plants down at the barrens.

"Where? Where's the poison ivy?" Eddie panicked.

"No where! Not every fucking plant is poison ivy Stanley" I said.

"Took the words right out of my mouth sweet cheeks" Richie said wrapping his arm around me.

"Touch me again trash mouth and I'll hurt you" I said walking away from him.

"Alright badass, I dig it" Richie says. I flip him off.

I've always joked around with Richie, I use to have a small crush on him and maybe even still do. But my man focus is Bill and his cute little stutter.

"G-g-guys" bill says trying to get our attention.

"That's Stanley and eddies type" Richie laughs.

We all give him a dirty look and he shuts up.

We look over at bill who's holding up a shoe.

"Shit don't tell me that's-" Stanley is cut off by me.

"Betty Ripsom's shoe" I say.

Bill nods at us.

"I'm done! This is gross and ridiculous! It's summer! It's go to the movies or something" Eddie starts panicking yet again.

"I agree" Stanley says.

"B-b-but wouldn't Betty want us t-t-to find her?" Bill says.

"She's gone bill" Richie says picking up his bike and starting to walk away when we heard a splash in the water.

We all turned around quickly to see the new kid, Ben all beat up.

"Are you okay?" I said rushing toward him.

He shakes his head and I help him up bringing him toward our bikes.

"We've gotta help him" I say.

The losers club nods as bill takes him on his bike and we start towards an alley way near the drug store we're Eddie and I get our medication.

We sit him on a crate.

"W-w-were gonna go in a-and get s-s-some stuff, r-Richie Wait here" bill says.

He nods and we all start walking away when I hear Richie start talking to Ben.

"I'm glad I got to meet you before you died" he says to him and I roll my eyes walking into the store with all of them.

Eddie starts rapidly picking up things that we'll need and I look around the store.

"I-I-I'm sorry about earlier" Bill says coming up next to me.

"What do you mean?" I asked, he has nothing to be sorry about.

"I s-s-shouldn't have s-scared you downstairs in your b-basement" he says "I w-was j-just trying to h-h-help y-you carry the f-flashlights"

"Bill don't be sorry, I wasn't that scared anyways plus you already apologized" I laugh.

He nods and we make eye contact.

We stare at each other for a second, I bite my lip.

"What is going on over here?" I see Stanley at the beginning of the isle.

"Nothing just looking at books" I say, good one Kay this isn't even the book isle.

Stan rolls his eyes walking away.
