A villain with a tragic quirk meets a hero with just the right amount of love to change his life.
The mysterious Andeddo Heishi falls in love in the most unexpected ways, and with the last person he would have seen coming, Hitoshi Shinso the Pro Her...
It had been about two days since he and Andeddo met at the cafe, and they had been keeping in touch ever since via text messages. Andeddo told him more about his job, and how he became a part-time vigilante whenever problems arose on the streets.
Today was a bright and sunny afternoon, with a bright blue sky dotted with a few fluffy white clouds. Hitoshi was laying in the grass at a local park, just soaking in nature. A few squirrels chased each other across tree branches, and several birds were singing to each other from across the trees. A couple of cherry trees dotted the landscape, but it wasn't their season to bloom yet.
It was nice and quiet out here, not too many people around. To be honest, there were a few, though. Joggers liked to come through here every once in a while, and there was a couple sitting on one of the wooden swing/benches that lined the park trail.
Hitoshi breathed in the fresh air, taking out his phone to read his messages. He realized that he had one from Andeddo, and he smiled as he clicked it. It read:
Heishi: Hey Shinso! Check this out, it was on the news this morning!
Hitoshi, curious, clicked the attachment, and he was shocked by what he saw.

Shinso: That's crazy! Isn't that the same villain we saw at the cafe a few days ago?
Heishi: Yep, what a coincidence. Kudos to whoever caught them, right?
There was a pause.
Heishi: Btw, where are you?
Shinso: At the park. Why?
Heishi: Because I can see you, silly.
Hitoshi sat up and looked around, spotting Andeddo waving from a few meters away. His shiny black hair was yet again tied up in a long ponytail, but this time with several black hair bands. He was wearing a black hoodie with green strings and a pair of green-striped black jogging pants, along with a pair of black sneakers with green trim.
Always the color-matching type, huh?
As Andeddo jogged over, Hitoshi could see sweat coving his forehead and neck. He slowed to a stop and plopped down onto the grass in front of Hitoshi., pulling out a half-empty water bottle. It was so warm, beads of condensation had begun to form on the inside of the plastic bottle, but Andeddo grinned, gulping it down in seconds.
Hitoshi raised an eyebrow in concern, "You okay there? You look like you're inhaling that stuff." Andeddo wiped his mouth and sighed, resting his arm across one knee, "I'm good. I'm just doing my daily five-mile jog. This is the half-way stop between my place and the gym, so I'm a bit tired, I guess." Hitoshi whistled, "Man, you keep up a good exercise regime, huh?" Andeddo chuckled, "Yeah. I'm not like you guys—whose powerful quirks strengthen their body more than normal. I have to work hard to keep this." He patted his chest proudly.
Hitoshi resisted the urge to feel it, gripping both hands on his phone, "I guess you're right. But then again, I'm not that strong either."
Andeddo's eyes widened and he popped back up on his feet, "Ah, so sorry, Shinso! I have to go! I just remembered I have a meeting to get ready for later! See ya!" He raced off, soon out of sight, leaving Hitoshi to again relax into the arms of nature.
[Andeddo]
About an hour later, Andeddo finished his training at the gym. One he dried off and walked outside, he pulled out his phone and called for his limo driver, who picked him up shortly after.
At his place, he got changed into a clean white dress shirt and a full black suit and tie. For this meeting, he put in a pair of simple black contact lenses and left his hair down, a show of just how serious he was, because he wouldn't be doing any fighting this time.....hopefully. Just as a precaution, considering his last incident, he slipped a stash of folding shurikens and his carbon Swiss-Army knife into his inner suit pocket.
Nodding to his driver, he stepped into the car, closing the door.
Andeddo decided to let himself space out until they reached their destination, which was one of the dark alley backstreets of the Kamino ward of Yokohama City. His driver signaled that they had arrived, and Andeddo nodded, stepping out of the limo and making his way to the meeting spot.
It was a shadowy corner in the alley, backed by a hidden metal door that led somewhere else, but he didn't bother to investigate. He just wanted to get this over with so he could stay on good terms with his contacts. He glanced down at his watch, watching as a couple of minutes ticked by before his eyes.
Out of the blue, a cloud of purple smoke erupted from the ground in front of him. Instead of running, however, he stood his ground, waiting for the villain to fully emerge. It had been a while since he'd last seen him, but Andeddo actually did recognize the villain.
Kurogiri, the right-hand man of the League of Villains. His quirk: Warp Gate. He can create and manipulate a dark fog that acts as a portal. When he produces a mass of the dark fog, it transports anything it comes in contact with to a nearby location of his choosing. (Or anywhere nearby if he's in a hurry)
Andeddo looked up at him, fixing his gaze on the villain's wispy yellow eyes, "I assume you're the one picking up the item?" "Indeed." he answered in a deep but smooth voice. Andeddo reached into his pocket and retrieved the black hard drive he had loaded with all the files, holding it out, "All of the information your boss requested is on this drive. Make sure not to lose it or damage it, because I didn't make any copies."
Kurogiri nodded—at least, as much as he could with smoke for a head, "I'll let him know. Thank you for your time, Reaper." Andeddo smirked, saluting him with two fingers as he turned on one heel, "No problem, Kurogiri."
However, Andeddo's eyes darkened as he walked away, and he found himself wondering if he had made the right choice, or whether that deal would be the downfall of Heroes everywhere.
