[Heh, let's just say I was reading Romeo and Juilet, and I felt a bit creative]

[Shinso]

Hitoshi's eyes slowly fluttered open and he groaned miserably, pain flooding into his brain from every part of his body. He barely managed to lift himself up on his forearms, glancing around in confusion. He was in a back street at the bottom of a commercial skyscraper. What was he doing here?

He felt something warm and soft beneath him and he looked down. To his surprise, he was laying on top of someone! In a flash, everything came flooding back to him. His encounter with the villain Reaper, the arrival of the heroes, the chase to the roof, the fall..........

He blinked and shook his head, bringing the world back into focus. Reaper lay motionless beneath him, his eyes closed. Hitoshi gently slid off of him and got on one knee, finally coming to grips with the situatuion.

Reaper was dead. Actually, completely dead. That fall had to have broken every bone in his body.

Hitoshi was frozen between confusion and a complete mental breakdown. Reaper—a psychopathic villain—used himself as a shield and took the brunt of the impact to protect Hitoshi, despite knowing that it would kill him. At this point, Hitoshi started questioning everything he had come to know about the villain.

But then his focus was drawn to something else. Reaper's mask had cracked in two, shattered by the impact. Overtaken with curiousity, he reached forward and tossed aside the pieces of the mask. In that stupidly obvious but painfully oblivious realization, he immediately placed a name to the face.

All in one moment, the world came crashing down.

The person that rescued him from a gang of thugs and saved his life, the person he had almost kissed, the person that avenged him on his behalf, and the person that died for him..........

..........was none other than Andeddo Heishi.
