You didn't have a purpose in life.

You didn't have a goal.

All your classmates wanted to escape this nightmare of a school, and be free to live a happy life.

But you had no motivation to look for a way out, you knew that the minute you step out of this school you'll still having nothing to look forward to.

All you seemed to care about before you were kidnapped and put in to this game were things to reject reality. You just stared at your phone and read books to escape the word.

You had no idea what your plans for the future was.

It was hard for Monokuma to come up with a motive for you because of this. But he knew one things that pulled at your strings.

Makoto Naegi.

He is your best friend and you want to help him escape. You might have a small crush on him but your low self esteem told you he could do much better.

And here you are laying in bed waiting for who knows what.

"Hey y/n are you in there?"

"Y-yes naegi do you need something?"

You opened the door and let him in.

"You seem off latley is something wrong?"

"I'm just worried that's all"

"Hey I know this situation isn't the best but we can't give up"

"Oh....its not me I'm worried about it's you naegi kun"

"W-why me?"

"I don't have a reason to escape so I just want to make sure you get out of this game"

"But why not someone like kirigiri or togami?"

"W-well um-"

You blushed wondering if you should tell him how you felt.

"I geuss I kinda care about you alot if you know what I'm saying"

He looked surprised.

"Oh I didn't expect that from you"

"Its ok if you don't like me back-"

He pulled you into a caring hug.

"Hey it's ok I actually like you to y/n"

Maybe I won't give up after all.
