Love Story (Sakusa Kiyoomi x Female Reader)

(A/N): I might not be able to include every single character from the other schools because there's a lot them and I don't want the next few parts to seem too crowded. So, please leave a comment here with the names of the characters you definitely want to see at this training camp.

The Night Before The Training Camp Weekend

The coach told everybody that they had to be at the front of the school by 6:00 a.m. tomorrow in order to get to the training camp on time. This is because the training camp was taking place in Kyoto, which is about a 2 hour ride from Tokyo, and it officially started at 9:00 a.m. So, they only had about an hour to sign-in at their hotel, unpack, sign-in at the event, get changed into their gym clothes, and then go to the gym for the introduction/orientation.

Everyone who was attending the training camp would be staying in hotels near by and the actual training camp was taking place at a giant stadium that had multiple volleyball courts, a cafeteria, and locker rooms.

Eri was extremely excited because she has never been to a training camp before. Throughout the night, she constantly told (Y/N) what she thought it was going to be like.

(Y/N): Umm Eri, you're making it sound like some sort of fantasy. It's just a training camp.

Eri: I'm not surprised that you don't understand how big of a deal this is for me. But trust me, big things are going to be happening there?

(Y/N): Big things?

Eri: Yes!

(Y/N): Haha, okay. But we should probably get some sleep.

Eri: We can always just sleep on the bus ride there.

(Y/N): I don't think that's a good idea.

After a couple of minutes, (Y/N) was able to convince Eri to go to bed and then went to bed herself.

The Morning Of The Training Camp Weekend

Eri and (Y/N) got up really early in order to make it to the front of the school on time. Both of the boys and girls volleyball teams were going to this event together, but they were taking different buses and their schedules were completely different. So, (Y/N) won't be able to spend that much time with Eri.

Once they made it to the front of the school, they parted ways. The girls team left earlier than guys because one of the players on the boys team arrived late.

When they finally started boarding the bus, Komori pulled (Y/N) to the side.

(Y/N): What's up?

Komori: Can you make sure to spend as much time as possible with Sakusa?

(Y/N): Umm, why?

Komori: On our way here, he said that he was worried about the other guys at this training camp trying to talk to you.

(Y/N): Oh, I see. I'll make sure to give him all my attention!

Komori: Well, you don't have to give him all your attention...just help him not feel so anxious.

(Y/N): Got it!

(Y/N) then walked over to Sakusa.

(Y/N): Sakusa!

Sakusa: Yes?

(Y/N): Let's sit together on the bus, okay?

Sakusa: Sure.

Throughout the bus ride, Sakusa and (Y/N) talked about the training camp. Well, (Y/N) did most of the talking. Sakusa didn't mind though because he enjoyed listening to her talk.

However, (Y/N) started to get really sleepy half-way through the bus ride and ended up falling asleep on his shoulder. Sakusa liked how close the two of them were, but he didn't like that Mai and Komori were constantly teasing him and taking pictures of the two of them. What made it worse was that he couldn't yell at them to stop or push them away because he didn't want to wake (Y/N) up. So, he was basically miserable the rest of the bus ride.

Once everyone finally made it to the hotel, they noticed that they were one of the last few teams to arrive.

Coach: Okay everybody, unpack and head to the stadium.

Everyone did as they were told and after they signed-in at the stadium, they made their way to the gym. The gym was completely packed with other teams and extremely loud. It seemed to only be filled with the boys teams. Probably because the girls teams had different schedules.

(Y/N) immediately noticed how uncomfortable Sakusa.

(Y/N): I guess he doesn't really like crowds.

(Y/N) then looped her arm around his. Sakusa gave her a confused look.

(Y/N): You looked uncomfortable. We can hold onto eachother if it will make you feel better.

Sakusa nodded.

Everyone then walked to their designated section on the bleachers and waited until the introduction/orientation finally begun.

It was kinda boring . The head of the event just explained that they were happy that everyone could attend and how everything would be taking place. Apparently, on the first day, two teams will be assigned to a court and go head-to-head with one another. On the second day, each of the team members will be mixed into one new team and members from official volleyball teams will help coach them.

(Y/N): I wonder what teams were going to be facing today...
