"(Y/N)! I can't believe we're in Tokyo! I can't believe we're attending high school here! I wonder what Itachiyama Academy is like. I heard that they have really strong volleyball teams." Sato Eri, your childhood best friend, exclaimed as she walked into your room and plopped right on your bed.
"I can't believe that you're in my room instead of unpacking your boxes in your own room." You said.
"Don't worry, I got time."
"Eri, we've been here for a week and school starts tomorrow."
"I already unpacked the important stuff. I'll unpack the other stuff later."
"We both know that's a lie."
"No, it isn't."She said while crossing her arms.
"Yes, it is."
"No"
"Yes"
"No"
"Ugh, Eri! Listen, I still have to prepare for school tomorrow and you being in my room doesn't help."
"Fine, whatever. I didn't even want to talk to you anyways."
"You do realize that you were the one who walked into my room and started talking to me, right?"
"Shhhh! I'm leaving." She said as she walked out of your room.
After she left your room, you decided to close your door and begin packing your backpack and laying out your school uniform for tomorrow.
You and Eri have recently decided to move to Tokyo and stay with Eri's older sister, Sato Rio, while attending Itachiyama Academy as first-years. Personally, you didn't see anything special about Itachiyama Academy. You really just wanted to live in a more populated area such as Tokyo because your hometown was pretty boring. There was never anything exciting happening there except the Spring and Autumn Festival. On the contrary, Eri was excited to attend Itachiyama Academy because she wanted to join the girls' volleyball club. She was a wing spiker and wanted to become a professional volleyball player in the future.
Honestly, you would have ended up at Nekoma or Fukurodani if Eri didn't beg you to go to Itachiyama with her.
She got accepted to Itachiyama through a sports scholarship while you were accepted through an academic scholarship. You always did extremely well in various school subjects and could speak both English and Japanese fluently.
You're still not sure what Itachiyama can offer you because there weren't any clubs that stuck out to you or really anything special about it in your eyes. Hopefully, you will be able to find something interesting at Itachiyama.

After you finished preparing your stuff for school tomorrow, you decided to go to the kitchen and have dinner since it was getting pretty late. Once you made it to the kitchen, you saw Rio holding Eri in a chokehold.
"APOLOGIZE!" Rio yelled.
"I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG!" Eri screamed back.
"Hey guys, I know that whatever your doing is supppperrrrr important, but I'm hungry and you're in the way." You say bluntly.
"Ugh! (Y/N), Eri ate all of the food in the fridge and pantry so you won't even be able to make yourself any food." Rio explained.
"..." You stared blankly at Eri.
"Guys, I'm an athlete. I needed to eat all this food." Eri stated.
"No, you're just a fatass." You said.
"(Y/N)! You're so mean!" Eri yelled.
"Now I have to go grocery shopping. (Y/N), you want to come with me?" Rio asked.
"Sure, just let me go get my purse from my room." You said.
"Okay, I'll meet you outside," Rio said as she walked towards the front door.
"(Y/N), can you get me some snacks? Like Pocky?" Eri asked.
You glared at Eri and said, "You're dead to me."
"Huh? (Y/N)? What do you mean?"
You grabbed your purse from your room and walked out the front door.
You would not say a word to Eri until tomorrow morning. Not because you forgave her, but because you guys planned on walking to school together and you couldn't avoid her.

Once you and Rio got to the supermarket, you guys decided to split up because it would be quicker and more efficient. As you were going through the frozen foods section, you felt something hit the back of your left leg. "Ouch." You whispered. You turned around to see what hit your leg and to your surprise, you were greeted by a really friendly tall guy that looked to be around your age with light brown hair and thick round eyebrows.
"I'm so sorry! I should have watched where I was going! I didn't mean to hit you with my shopping cart!" The guy apologized while waving his arms around.
"Pfft....Hahahaha!" You started to laugh.
The guy looked at you confused.
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't be laughing."
"Huh? You're not the one who needs to be apologizing. I'm the one who hit you with my cart."The guy said.
"Don't worry about it. It's not that big of a deal." You shugged.
"You sure?"
"Yeah, this stuff happens all the time."
"As long as you say s-"
"Hey, Komori! What's taking so long?" Someone yelled.
You and the guy, who your guessing is named Komori, turned around to see who yelled. It was another tall guy who looked to be around the same age as you. However, he didn't look as friendly as Komori. He had black wavy hair and two moles on the right side of his forehead. He was also wearing a white face mask and seemed to be annoyed.
"My bad, Sakusa." Komori apologized.
Wow, this guy apologizes a lot.
You decided to excuse yourself from the situation before things got awkward and continued shopping. Before you completely left the frozen foods section, you looked back at the guy you were guessing was named Sakusa.
Hmmm, he seems really familiar.
