Ocean

When class ended I quickly got up out of my seat, I wasn't happy. I stormed down the hallway and opened my locker, put my books away and turned around, only to see Ocean standing behind me.

"Stellar. Wait." He demanded.

"Like I'm going to take orders from you" i scoffed

He grabbed my arm and his piercing blue eyes looked into my soul. I couldn't breathe, he had me in some kind of trance

"Come. With. Me" he repeated slowly

My legs started to wobble and move, soon I was following him down the hall and to the school doors. I heard the bell ring and suddenly I regained my sense of consciousness. I looked around confused and then realised what happened. Ocean had controlled my mind. I wasn't immune like in my book. I ran out of the door and to the closest place my legs could carry me. The hospital. I ran in and asked to see Torin, the nurse took me in and I almost cried, he had casts and bandages and machines beeping everywhere, and it was all because of me. 

"Stellar, is that you" he said quietly

"Yes, how did you know" I whispered

" I memorised the pattern of your footsteps" he said and winked. I felt like that was a little creepy, but sweet in its own way.

"Oh thanks I guess..." I replied

There was a moment of silence, then he said something

"What are you thinking about Stellar"
He asked

"Umm im just feeling guilty about what Ocean did to you" i shook my head and looked down.

" It's not your fault" he said sternly but with reassurance in his tone.

I just smiled a soft fake smile but in reality I knew it was my fault. Ocean was my creation.
