Ocean

We got up off the porch and got onto Torin's bike. Soon we were speeding along the motorway, I had no idea where we were going but I had to get out of there. Soon we came to the next big town and we stopped for something to eat. I just couldn't seem to eat the food, all my thoughts kept playing on my mind and all of a sudden I broke into tears. Torin immediately got up from the other side of the table and sat next to me. He wrapped his arms around me and kissed the top of my head

"I know baby, I know" he whispered

I just cuddled closer to him, luckily there was hardly anyone in the cafe.
He wiped my tears and kissed my head again "I love you" he said
"I love you more" I replied he took my hand and we stood up and walked to the counter to pay the bill, we were about to leave but all of a sudden I heard a loud crack and glass shattering. I spun and froze in terror at the sight before me, it was a girl, one of the only other people in the cafe with a shard of glass impaled through her chest and a note down next to her. It read, 'i told you to hurry up Torin, I know where you are, I know what your doing and never try to run from me again -Jed'  Torin took the note out of my hand I tried to take it back but he held it out of my reach.

"How much of that did you see" he asked sternly

"All of it, what are you hiding Torin" I asked

"I'm not hiding anything" he replied "I'm trying to do my job"

"What job?" I questioned

"A job." He replied

"Who is Jed anyway?" I asked

"It doesn't matter" he said

"Whatever" i replied

But it wasn't whatever, it just wasn't the time I knew I'd ask him later. I looked over at the girl again, the sight made me sick to the stomach the waiters and staff were all just standing around in shock, soon the police arrived and analysed the crime scene, nobody saw what happened and no fingerprints were left. Torin acted like he didn't know anything about it, in reality he knew exactly who Jed was. I love him but he's hiding something from me, I know it.
