"Akala ko talaga, di ka na darating. I thought you chose her..." Rita said.
"It was always you, Ta. Sorry, if ang tagal kong natauhan. Pasensya na, nagawa pa kitang saktan..."
"Sorry din, sa lahat ng pagkakamali ko noon... Pero sige na nga, tama na muna ang drama natin. Tama muna ang iyakan. Cut scene na." Napa-iling si Ken at ngumiti.
"Ang importante sa lahat, magkasama na tayo ngayon." Rita then gave him her signature gummy smile.
"Bakit nga pala ang aga ng napili mong flight?"
"I wanted to see the sunrise up close."
"Ay, nagseselos ako sa sunrise... buti pa siya gusto mong masilayan..."
"Ay sus. Oo na, maganda ka ring tanawin. Pero teka muna, tingnan mo kasi oh. Ang ganda, kakasimula lang..."
They both looked out of the window - admiring how majestic the sea of colors are: from the cottony-white clouds, the multi-colored horizon filled with hues of blue, purple and green, and the the orange and yellow morning star.
The rising sun was full of hope - signifying the beginning of a new day, much like their own fresh start.
She leaned on his shoulder ang clung into his arm. He kissed the top of her head. They were holding hands the whole flight.

Pagdating nila sa airport ay nakita nila ang nag-aabang na tour guide. May hawak itong sign na may pangalan ni Rita.
"Hello Sir, I'm Rita."
"Ok then, Welcome to Norway!" The guide greeted cheerfully. "And what is your name, Sir?"
"Hi, I'm Ken." They shook hands.
"Nice to meet you sir, madam. If you're ready, we shall go now."
Dumating sila sa hotel before check-in time. Mabuti nalang at pinayagan silang pumunta sa kwarto para magpahinga.
"Your tour to the Northern Lights is scheduled tomorrow. Today is your free day, you can rest or if you want to explore the city, our staff would be more than willing to assist you with any concerns."
"That's noted. Thank you very much." Sabi ni Rita. Naka-akbay sa kanya si Ken at pinipisil- pisil ang balikat niya.
"Sorry Ma'am, we didn't know that you were a couple. You didn't specify which type of bed you'll need so we assigned you to twin beds. It's our last available room."
"Oh, okay. We're fine with that. No worries."

"Ta, tayo na ba?" Bungad na tanong ni Ken pagsara niya ng room door.
"Huh? Hindi pa rin?" Rita was amused.
"Wala man lang tayong first date eh...Hindi naman kita pormal na niligawan..."
"Seryoso ka? Ang gentleman talaga niya oh! Teka lang naman, lalo ata akong na-inlove..." She cupped his face and carressed his cheeks.
